I actually think this is where Carragher is in his element. MNF, loads of time to get stuck into a particular game from the weekend and he typically does a great job analysing the game’s tactics and highlighting interesting bits the viewer most likely missed whilst watching the game live.
Amazed Bowen has been at West Ham as long as he has. Fantastic footballer.
Newcastle have been awful
Liverpool seem to get the all teams when they are in bad form. They're so called tricky game away to Newcastle doesn't seem that tricky anymore!
He is quality, so creative and buttery smooth with the ball.
He was pretty good for us tbh. People just liked to sh*t on him.
He's a better player than Dalot imo and a better athlete than any of our fullbacks.
I remember seeing some interview with him and might have been Nolan going on about how Europa league nights were an excuse to go on a piss up/fast food binge.
So that might have something to do with it.
Although also I think he falls into that gap of too good for West Ham/not quite good enough for anyone significantly better to pay the asking price.
