Premier League Festive Season (Gameweek 18-20)

Fecking hell, this VAR. It's legit embarrassing, even Scouse Gary is disappointed.

Why is offsides done so differently from game to game? Gakpo very, very close. No lines, no zooming in on 6 different angles, etc. Just goal given within seconds.
Different producers and refereeing teams. For UEFA broadcasts everything is super anal. They have a representative at every match making sure that everything is done by the book to the tee. If they don't know you, the producer, they stand over you and basically manage you throughout and critique every little thing.

How do Pool get all of these decisions? Absolutely no fecking way we'd be given that on review

That has to be overturned by VAR.

If that’s not overturned serious questions need to be asked about VAR.

There’s contact. The elbow hits his left foot when he makes the last step around the GK.

I actually think Salah is underrated as a player. He is one of the modern greats. Two understated passes you probably won’t see again in highlights packages but both absolute quality, couldn’t have been any better placed.

Liverpool will be lost without him.

Underrated by who ?

This forum appreciates only two managers and around five players. Elsewhere, I feel it is well accepted he has been world class for years.

In other news, a sgame to see someone with such spectacular hair starting to go bald.

Frankly absurd to go down there, the net was open.

What's Neville on about the delay being great? Stop being so thick. Dubravka hits Jotas left foot as he takes the step with it and he goes down on the next step with that same left foot. It's his shooting leg and Dubravka took him off balance for the shot.

22 goals Newcastle have now conceded in 10 away league games this season to put that into context Man United in 10 away games this season have conceded 11 less goals.

But even from a PL game to a PL game? How many times did they draw lines and show Rashford marginally offside? Here it's a dubious one, and they got it given in what? 6-7 seconds? No lines, no explanation to the viewer, just goal given.
