Lucky, lucky lucky !!
That is not luck. Every game they get all 50:50 decisions in their way.
Refs don't help them with non existent calls but look just today:
1) Konate' handball
2) offside call for Brentford in counter attack (which was not offside)
3) Nunez deserved a clear red

Brentford was rubbish today, playing at home just 38% possession and gave up near 40 shots on goal, icing on the cake for them was conceding two goals late on to a Donkey. As I said before the game they got Brentford at the best possible time, 1 win in 9 games for them now.

Not quite as bad as the time my idiot mate text me "can't believe City are gifting us the title" at about 91mins of that QPR Aguero game....

I cannot understand his thinking texting that early.
I had EXACTLY same thing back then. Except it wasn't a text, it was a call. Seconds before Dzeko's goal. My fecking father in law called me to check am i celebrating title.
Then Dzeko scored and he said; "Don't worry, they don't have enough time for another"

Worst part was that you can't tell your father in law to go to hell!

I don't see it. Absolutely done nothing going forward. Mbuemo, Schade and Wissa have been dogshite.
Liverpool were obviously better, but that's hardly their fault. I thought they by no means spread their legs or whatever you call it

How? 37 shots and 15 corners. Something had to go in. I’m assuming you think it should have been at least 5 nil.
Meh...I certainly did not see a boatload of clear chances. There was the crossbar shot in the first half and all the other stuff was virtually half chances. No idea how they tallied 33 shots.

What was the xG

I feel the shots were slightly misrepresentative. Liverpool certain did deserve to win but it didn't feel like a match where they had a truckload of chances. A lot of those 35 shots seemed speculative shots from range.

It was pretty much one sided and (on balance of game) deserved. Best team today and in league.

And I don’t say that easily.

Probably because your eyes glaze over unless it’s a shot from a corner.

Could only be Martinez who found a way to outcheat us on corners. We taught him well.

The Konate handball was never a penalty.

It feels like Villa have been struggling all season but if they win this, they'll be equal on points with Newcastle who are sitting at fourth

Poor shot from Maatsen. Just drill it low ffs.
