City's domination has come from having a huge squad packed with top players, at least until the last couple of years. They mostly benefitted from being able to get away with a lot of soft fouls.

It's almost as if these thick overpaid adults don't understand that there is VAR. Diving too ingrained into their game before hand they can't shake it. Every team has a couple players guilty of these type of shenanigans, and they just look foolish.

Just like City have for the past few seasons. Teams get into more goal scoring opportunities when they are leading the league, so naturally teams hack and foul players in the box that are constantly there. Imagine being a defender with Salah running at you and Diaz and Jota sitting in the box to pick up scraps. Sooner or later a peno will be coming.
