Premier League 12/2/25 - 16/2/25

Just like City have for the past few seasons. Teams get into more goal scoring opportunities when they are leading the league, so naturally teams hack and foul players in the box that are constantly there. Imagine being a defender with Salah running at you and Diaz and Jota sitting in the box to pick up scraps. Sooner or later a peno will be coming.
Deflecting the point that Liverpool rarely get robbed but when they do get the very odd decision against them, the world and it's granny knows about it

How many for waving imaginary cards?
The Wolves players were doing the job for the ref because he keeps forgetting to card the Liverpool players. Even as a Liverpool fan, you have to admit it's either extremely lucky or poor refereeing that saw no yellow cards for blatantly stopping those counter attacks.

The media might like us. After united fell there was City, corrupt boring City. Along came Klopp and was great with the media and a sleeping giant awakened. So yea there might be a little media bias when decisions go against us. Much like SAFs teams.

You actually think he’s giving you decisions?
Think Konate is fortunate to be on the pitch.

Probably should have given a foul on the defender for the penalty. But then, Oliver failed to give that foul against Everton for their equalizer too. Frankly, I'd rather have both pulled up.

City have won 4 in a row without ever getting close to the number of 'lucky' calls lpool get. In some ways I wonder if the PL just want a different winner this year. Whatever the reason you can't deny you've been getting some really one sided calls this year.

They were literally allowed to kick us in the chest without a penalty being called for it, avoiding defeat.

A week after the same ref team had been dining on the city owner's bill down in the emirates.

You'll all be whinging again but another clear penalty.

Edit: actually I take it back on the replay. Not a pen for me.

Look at penalty leaders in the last few seasons. I’m pretty sure the most given are by the league winners. Oops there’s another one.

Liverpool get those decisions despite the fact that refs are against them. Imagine how many penalties and red cards there would be if not "corruption"?

another one... If that had been Bruno, the penalty would not be given and he would have been booked for diving

So unlucky Wolves players don't know you can't foul in the box. Nobody warned them !
*Unless it's a disgusting dive

The only debate there is whether Jota deserves a yellow for diving
