hes crap isnt he????

Don't really care how many times he has turned us down. While the guy does have doubtless quality, he is too much of a prima donna, doesn't fit the mould of a utd player.
Would he have put in the work that Ruud has put in this season? Not on your life, we would have won fcuk all this season if we had bene relying on the "battling" spirit of the likes of Kluivert..

There are PPL who rely on battling spirit (my fav was Hughes) and other who rely on class and opportunism. I remember Cantona (as Keano confirmed the Frenchman was lazy) but one touch of class and he could have changed the game.

My opinion is that you need both type of players if you want to be successful

I can imagine it, our number 9, Kluivert alongside van Nistelrooy bagging in the goals. I have always admired Kluivert and it is true his career at Barcelona has not been one to remember but I think it is time we snapped him up on the cheap and I think he will fit in alongside van Nistelrooy.

devilish, if you once again say Blanc TURNED UNITED DOWN four times I will personally fly to Malta and slap you silly.

Yes, United tried for Blanc several times, but whether he said no or was already at another club and couldn't just pack his bags and go remains to be seen.

What is clear though is that he was never on the market and said he didn't even agree to talk to United because Arsenal is the only club for him in England.

Would that be enough for me to reject Kluivert? No, not even that. But he's a trouble maker and we should be looking to players who can become club players like Ruud has. Kluivert will not.

Any comparison between that imbacile and Laurent Blanc is an insult to the great frog. ;)

Amir I had personally read a Blanc's interview on the official Inter Milan's mag and believe me the reasons werent so patriotic (English clubs are raw, EPL is inferior etc)

The difference between Patrick and Blanc is that the Dutch is coming at the perfect age of his career while Blanc came at an age when no one wanted him (and before coming at OT)he was plying his subleme skill at Inter Milan U19s

Now fly to Malta and slap me Idiot

Kluivert rejects Juve move
Patrick Kluivert has rejected talk of a move to Juventus by claiming he would prefer a move to the Premiership if he leaves Barcelona. "When I have to leave then I would like to play in the England, it fascinates me," said the ex-Milan ace. Newcastle, Liverpool and Manchester United have all been linked with the Dutch international.

Amir you (and me) support a club who had legends coming on the pitch drunk and performed like a gods. Captains who have hooked former English captains, questioning supporters and fellow player’s loyalty and legends that have kicked supporters like Bruce Lee.

Of coarse I don’t like this sort of behavior. But if you ask me to refuse these sort of player for the sake of character, weeell you know the answer

I would have taken Kluivert's strike partner at Barcelona even he had made 'Arsenal comments'. I wouldn't take Kluivert himself though.

May sound like it was taken from an Indiana Jones movie, but he is not for us!

Can't see Kluivert ever becoming a red. I hope we get Ronaldinhio and then close the chapter this Kluivert fantasy.

Vijar its a fact that all geniuses had never been understood in their own time

In 70 years time PPL will come here and say

"Ahh that Devilish, his English was fecked up by his Maltese accent but definately he was a genius" but then it would be too late ;) :p

Kluviert is prone to trouble. Someone filled me in about the car accident he was in that killed someone and the gang rape he was allegedly involved in. Is that really someone we want playing here? No telling what kind of trouble he could get into, and Ferguson will not have that kind of embarressment or publicity of his team. <img src="graemlins/nono.gif" border="0" alt="[No No]" />

While he's certainly good value talentwise for 6mil, and he would suit the premiership, trouble certainly follows him. Kluivert strikes me as a more destructive personality than Roni who just needs some discipline. Kluivert complains alot when I've seen him play, not a good sign.

kluivert can be awesome, but he can also be lazy and at times appears disinterested in games.
However, if he comes at a knockdown price, he would be well worth having.
If I had a choice, I would prefer Kewell. He has all the skills, good workrate and puts himself about.

I wouldn´t mind him at all, although him saying the only team in england for him was arsenal still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth....

Did yall know that Ruud and Patrick are exactly the same age both born 01.07.1976

Kluivert is the fastest, skilled, cooperative, clynical, lot of shit I've ever seen in a football pitch. He's on the top guilties of Netherlands and Barça failures last seasons.

I hope that he stays in Barça for ever, it would be good for Real. Although if he was in United, he might even drain Ruud's scoring ability, and I would be much more relaxed in next match Real-United. :D

By the way, although he is not really a bad guy, his anger attacks are legendary. If he receive a boot hit on the face, even accidentaly, from Sir Alex, he could kill him with his BMW. :D
