Thought we played well enough, but we still can't finish our chances. We left at least two goals out there and probably a third.

We aren't great defensively, but I think we've the makings of a good side in attack. Lots of speed and good one touch attackers. That's why taking your opportunities is so important. We just look incapable of doing that.

We could easily be on three games won from four if we took our chances against Brighton and we'd be under nowhere near as much pressure.

Cannot really read much into that given how rubbish Southampton are. Goal difference of 0 after 4 games, which is not great. Hopefully todays injuries are not serious and this is the beginning of a decent run.

The worrying thing is Maz is injured, De Ligt hobbled off injured, Maguire hobbled during the game and Martinez pulled up with some sort of injury.

Good win. Settled down once we scored the first and were the better team. Could have scored more. Only negative is the flipping injuries again.

Got a bit lucky in the first half, but we were due for some. Last two matches weren't as bad as the results painted them out to be.

Not going to be naive and say this is a turning point, but at least we're starting to play a bit better football away from home.

Zirkzee really does string things together when he is on like today. Garnacho needs to start.
