Yeah. I thought he was very unlucky last time to be picked out of a general melee, it was arguably a red if it happened in isolation but in that scrum it wasn’t fair and reasonable to single him out.Oh come on, the first red card was a joke and not even for a tackle, and this one was unlucky.
If anything we should be more annoyed by the suspension he picked up for the Arsenal game, these two red cards have been very harsh and incorrect in my opinion.
Today he tackled in a way that can be dangerous. If he does that and doesn’t contact the player then he might even get a Yellow then. If he does that and misses the ball and gets only the player it’s an obvious Red. Today it was in between, a bit dangerous but a bit unlucky; they could have left it as Yellow but no real complaints from me.
We’re going to miss him badly but he needs to re-focus and come back at his best.
