Loved watching this and rewatching again now. Also him watching the time on his watch with 10 minutes to go brings you back to Fergie days.

Him and shearer were constantly trying to bring the chat back to the league and him being sacked.

Wins the FA cup and all those w*nkers did was taunt him and Dalot about the league.

Watching these pundits, ex-players and the media pile on us should be a reminder for us United fans here to be more civil towards each other, regardless of what we feel the club should do.

Even on the pitch at the end Rasford was standing to the side on his own looking like somebody stole his bicycle.

Made he was just reflecting.

This club is destined to write incredible stories.

Beautiful. It's amazing how fans cheered so much every time he was showed on big screen. Think each of us just instantly smiles seeing him every time. So much joy he brought to the club and for such a long time.

Can someone please share pics of the team and everyone celebrating. Post match celebrations.

Amen to that.

YEAHHH! I was there in 2018, I was there in 2023 and there today, we lost the others but today was the sweetest against this City team. Our players gave everything today, everyone played well and worked so hard. I thought we were marginally the better team in the first half, City were much better in the 2nd half but we hung on for a famous victory.

If that is ETHs final game then thank you bringing this moment to the Man United fans. Will enjoy a summer break from what has been otherwise a difficult season and am looking forward to the Euros.

The media are such sychophants for pep. He has such visible disdain for all of them when they interview him, but they always come back overly complimenting him.

Missed the match but get in there!!! How was the game? Not that I care but did we play well or a bit of a smash and grab?

Is it worth watching the whole match back??
City obviously dominated possession, but it was mostly them just passing the ball around prettily without actually doing anything. Then when we'd win the ball City struggled quite a lot against our counters (first half in particular), and we played some good stuff to create those counters.

Second half we got pinned back a bit more and it was a bit backs-to-the-wall, but especially in the first half we played well. I'd certainly watch it back.

I was in tears t the end. That was like winning the league for me. So proud of our players. Amrabat was running the show. Keep him please.

ETH in 100%

Be fking madness to sack after this surely. I don't want another manager.

There are times in sports where you can (and should) just turn off your brain about all the noise around a team (direction, management, ownership, players attitudes) and enjoy a big match...today was such a day...and the lads 100% rewarded it. A memorable win that, for me, created an enjoyable end to the season and some very fond memories. Well done!

As I side...I thought many times this season if we had had the consistent pairing of Martinez-Varane we would have had a much different looking overall result. Martinez in particular just brings so much to the table. Today only reinforced this IMHO.

Get the feck innnnnn!!!!!!

Every player to a man did their job perfectly. So fecking proud of them.

Genuinely feels like the first decent domestic victory since Sir Fergie left. Didn't care too much about the previous cups.
This one we had an epic game against Pool and scored a wonder of a constructed goal in the final against City. That was a great cup win. Best trophy since the league. Feel the same.

First half was brilliant. First goal was obviously Ortega and Gvardiol misunderstanding but I was happy with the performance before that as well. Think City only had 1 shot on target in this period and that was easy save for Onana.

Even second half started well, like first 5 minutes. After that it was 10 minutes of like 4 chances for City but thankfully we didn't concede at that point. Doku's goal is on Onana which is a shame after he had few big saves.

Deserved win and perfect ending to our crazy Fa Cup road. And to our terrible season.

8th in EPL. Bottom of a weak group in UCL.

FA Cup is a nice to have. The other two are the need to have performances.

Does anyone have the screen grab of that lone city fan dressed as a banana at the end, looking forlorn?

Well deserved win. They created almost nothing in 1st half while we created almost nothing 2nd half.

Well there's no outstanding candidates is there? We get in someone else we're back to square one, I think. This game showed the passion is still there. And we can actually defend with decent players available. Buzzing for us (ofc), and ETH at the end.

This is exactly the right attitude. Too many get duped by media narratives put out there by people who don’t have the best interests of the club at heart. Shearer and Linekar are absolute pricks and they showed their bitterness towards ten Hag and Dalot with their disrespectful line of questioning.

Get in! Loved that performance, think we were excellent to a man.

That 2nd goal will live long in the memory

Great from ETH and the players. The tactics were spot on, the players performed well and it was a deserved victory.

Sure City had more possession as expected but they didn’t create much while we looked dangerous on the counter.

Great performance. I take back what I said. But rashford was the least impressive of a great bunch today, twice his bad control ruined a great move but it was his pass that initiated our goal.

Mainoo, Varane , Garnacho, Fernandes Onana (until his howler ) the best of a great bunch.
