Please can Casemiro play every minute of every game for the rest of the season. It's unbelievable how open we are without him. We could have been 3 down before Rashy scored.

Aside from that, we were very good after Rashford goal.

And Rashford, what a man.

3 banana peels mostly dodged, obviously the Leeds home result was disappointing but it is what it is. Thankfully Casemiro is back now although we did well to negate the impact losing him had.

Half time talk was like 'we're about to get bought by Qatar. You really think I can't replace you?'

Brilliant performance all around after a shaky start. DDG kept us in the game . Big contribution. My MOM
Great victory.
That’s 2 wins and a draw without casemiro. I’ll take that!

Great afternoon with some fabulous football! First 30min was tough, I thought Leicester really got at us and we needed some good blocks and goalkeeping to keep us in it but with our first goal and the changes in the 2nd, we were totally in control and should have scored more than 2 in the 2nd.

Maybe, we got lucky with Sabitzer’s challenge. I’ve only seen a still picture so maybe not as bad as they are making out.Having said that, we‘ve had a few bad challenges on our players over the previous few weekends and there hasn’t been any punishment so it’s great that it has started to even out.

Very good team performance barring 25-30 mins in the first half. Weghorst is never going to score a hatful but his work ethic is first class. Maybe he's saving himself for the run-in!

Our midfield still needs some work, we really were overrun for long periods in the first half, and I still think Scotty is better than Fred but we need an upgrade on both.

Felt bit sorry for Garnacho: a couple of long balls over the top were just cut out. If they hadn't been, he was away. My guess is Sancho will start against Barca and probably at Wembley but we must keep giving him playing time.

Two great save from DDG, especially the second one and I think Lindelof did really well considering he hasn't played much and hardly at all with Martinez (who was brilliant again.) Wasn't as impressed with Bruno as some here (and on telly) but he had a good second half.

Maddison summed up why I don't want him at United: looked as if he was going to run the game, then disappeared without trace. Vardy, I think, is done...

Not sure if rashford was my MoM, but he was very good. Over all, Shaw and Dalot were good enough although both had some strange minutes...

Really good win in the end. Delighted for Sancho!
Delighted for De Gea , world class!Deserved his clean sheet. Martinez? What a footballer!
But Rashy get my motm vote.

Beginning to purr now...EtH has them all focused.

Next 2 games are so important.

C'mon United
Yep, We are in a strong rhythm right now and seem they are enjoying the games coming fast and furious with more recovery/ tactics and less training. Its the best since SAF days we all know that. Bring it on.

First 20 minutes of 1st half was very poor and after that we scored and played decent towards the end of that half. Second half though, I never expected it - brilliant and enjoyable display.

Feel like things went our way whole afternoon - Leicester not taking chances they had early in the game; that Sabitzer challenge that looked dangerous, our 2nd goal where Rashford was just onside etc.

That's 7 out of 9 points without Casemiro which is excellent imo as we had to play every 3-4 days.

3 goals, clean sheet, 3 points. Hopefully players recover well now for Barca game.

That 2nd half was filthy. Looked like scoring every time we attacked and barely gave Leicester a sniff.

2nd half was much much better, few tweaks in system , and we looked comfy Rashford 2nd finished them off realy, I could have been 5 or 6 .
WW what people say I thought he played well a goal would have capped a good day for him, he's a managers dream in that he listens and plays were they want him to he ,was a ten in first half and a striker in 2nd , and run until 90 plus .

Garnacho has been a bit off when he starts, he's young and will come on, ETH imo is trying to coax him in a bit same with Sancho he's doing the right thing with him took his goal well .

After DDGs two saves thought we were in for a long day,. Sabitzer has fitted in great as well. And Mctom was solid when he came on nice to see him back . Need a few more guys to chip in with some goals can't keep expecting Rashy to score all the time. Great win.

That 2nd half was so enjoyable! Joy to watch.

Look at that team on paper/based off past performances and yet, we play like that... Ten Hag

There is a general understanding on the field where everyone should be at all times. Little more decisive shots and it would have been an even better score.

DDG - world class saves, liability clearing
Dalot - you gotta score that kid
Lindelof - outstanding
Licha- Rock. What a player
Shaw - Outstanding
Fred - Fred
Sabitzer - put in a shift plugged holes
Bruno - masterclass
Rashford- world class
Sancho- he put an easy on in, but still too slow, indecisive
Wout- Jesus man. Bad luck and poor finishing
Garnacho - He should be coming at 60 min to terrorise defenders
Elanga - Lost
McT - missed his body challenges in mf

Barca needs to be worried. We should have scored 5.

Major recovery mode now. Good to see McT back. Sancho was great when he came on. Mainoo growing into it. You can’t overstate the importance of DDG saves. Bruno is, like Ten Hag said, the best player on the pitch. It took a little time for BF to click with this manager. I suspect Ole was like not having a manager, but an old school pal dropping by to say hello. Shaw is a wonderful footballer. Another chap who has grown under Eric is AWB.

I do agree that Fred is a bit error prone. Hopeful his work can be tidied up. I thought Dalot did okay, despite his miss and early wobbles. Enjoyable game. I always feel confident w Bren in the oppo dugout. His teams huff and puff. Vardy was pretty invisible.

Marcus is outstanding again. Bruno’s influence on the pitch and his vision are amazing. Captain by all means

A weakened team doesn't necessarily lose this game.

Most of the key players only played 65 mins, or weren’t in need of a rest, however he probably could have taken off Bruno instead of Sabitzer.

I don’t really see anyone in that starting 11 who’s in danger of burning out apart from Bruno.

Seems a long time ago now since we welcomed Ronaldo back. Actually now I think about it, seems a long time since he left

First half was shite and we were lucky not to concede though could have scored 2. Missed the 2nd half due to a flight... we ended with over 4 xG?? What the feck, seems like we blew them out of the water in the 2nd. Good to see. Will need to find a replay of the half.

You could say it was a game of two halves, but I thought we were pretty bad until around the first goal. Then we were in control but not very impressive until the interval. The second half was very impressive, especially as Leicester is a team with goals in them no matter what the opposition. I think we had around 4 in xg (which is more than City in the 3-6).

What was lacking in the first half was some intensity, added to Garnacho's struggles with defensive duties. The latter meant Shaw was dragged out of position and pushed Martinez off as well. I think Ten Hag adjusted some of our positions, the formation and the attitude in the group, and so we get that second half. Pure class!

WW is a CDM disguised as a striker. He worked his socks off and i think he was top on succesful tackles today. But hes not clinical in front of goal at all  he just shoots straight to the keeper everytime.

Fine with me. If ETH chooses him and the team wins, even if he doesn't score, i'm not complaining. It would be different if Rashford was out of form or injured eg

But hes not clinical in front of goal at all  he just shoots straight to the keeper everytime.

Plenty of people have had that problem at times in their careers. Just a slight lack of confidence, and they can't all go in off the post

What a great team performance. I think everyone played good to very good. ETH deserves mention too with the switch at half time. Putting Rashford on the left put fear into LC and the result was inevitable.

- Bruno is back to his brilliant self and I vow to not complain about him the rest of the season. He was equally brilliant on the right and in the middle.
- Remember those days when Rashford had a 1v1 with the GK and we expected him to miss more than score? Distant memory now.
- Sabitzer is getting more and more confident with his place and the PL. I think he will be a great addition and should make it permanent.
- Dalot it shaking off the rust after his injury and getting back to his best.

Top 3 is ours to lose. I think the only thing that would stop us now is an injury or two to certain players. (knock on wood)

In the past Stuart Attwell has received lots of criticism on these pages. In fairness I think he did well today and I don’t mean because of treatment of Sabitzer!
