I’m glad I’m in work and didn’t have to watch that

I like Amorim a lot but fecking hell, we can’t keep going on like this. You don’t expect to turn into a league winning team overnight, but surely the confidence in the team and the manager won’t feel right and you won’t feel like you’re going in the right direction if you’re losing every week.

It really doesn’t seem like there’s a single team in the league we can say we are comfortable against right now. This team has its deficiencies, yes, but is it really “lose 5 of your last 6 home games” bad or whatever our record actually is

Sometimes you watch this team and wonder what the hell Ten Hag and Murtough thought they were putting together. Zero mentals and no athleticism. First teamers too nervous to shoot at old trafford and defenders who can't read the flight of the most basic crosses. We've officially seen it all.

Here's an idea for the United hierarchy, don't buy two "Strikers" whose highest ever goal tallies are 16 in the Serie A and 18 in the Belgian league. That way, we don't have to rely on playing a midfield player as the number 9

I can almost accept us creating nothing when we play 5 defenders every match but we should at least be keeping clean sheets if that's the case. We're one of the worst defensive teams in the league, we continue to ship goals when we're playing at home against some really ordinary teams. Something has to change

PL quality players vs. league 2 quality players, so expected result. When you throw in we have a moron for set piece coach it could be no other result.

Really starting to doubt Amorim survives this season. Yes the players are shit, but every single one bar Amad has gone backwards.

Another history was made at Old Trafford. First 4 away clean sheets in a row for CP in their history.

One of the worst performances of the season, and that says a lot.
Also, is my memory bad or are we always seem to play poorly whenever we commemorate the Munich disaster victims?
Of course, it's different with this squad. They've been bad the whole season.

When does a sense of pride and obligation set in for the players that have performed like this for now the third manager they have played under? How long do they get to wear a shirt they don’t have the character or mentality to wear?

I've long accepted that we can be beaten by any team this season, so not really surprised by that. I'm just really really sad for Licha, seeing him cry on that stretcher broke my heart. Get well soon, lad.

Odd team selection. Kobbie played well as a 10 last time out so we move him to false 9? I know our strikers are crap but you still have to play one.

And don't get me started on picking five defenders at home again.

Slow, ponderous build up results in a lack of threat. Defending was horrible right from the start.

The most galling bit about how we play is that we need 200 passes to try and create an attacking opportunity (which largely end in nothing), only to be undone by just a couple of passes on the transition. The whole set up of the team and how our players operate in it is just awful.
And our players can't hit a barn door. The number of our shot on target in every game is shocking. But trust the system i gues...

Makes me want to cry

At this stage, if they give us half of the remaining points without us playing, I would take it without hesitation. We wouldn’t even deserve that.

Any result is possible when United plays these days. From beating City and almost beating Liverpool away, to losing at home to pretty much any team.

I'm.starting to get the impression RA is way out of his depth, we are making zero progress, the performances keep getting worse and the team formation and players picked leaves much to be desired. It's obvious our players cannot play his formation so he needs to change it so they perform better, that's what good managers do, not simply stick to something that isn't working in the vain hope it might improve. we are in a relegation battle and I don't think we have the balls for it.

Horrible.
I think the game was lost with the Mainoo experiment up front.
Although our two strikers are woeful too.
Need another starting center back now as well.

Don't know how we're going to really improve. And funds are tight.
Manager must be questioned too, you have to be winning this at home.
But I suppose bottom half seems to be where we're at nowadays.

Ugarte was good, the rest were poor, especially the attack as usual.

Oh here we go. Get the next one in and expect him to perform miracles from an utterly shite squad devoid of the one trait you need to succeed in this league.

A half decent manager should be able to at the very least, get this squad to beat Palace at our home ffs.

Another game to forget. You could clearly see when we had the upper hand the first 10 minutes of the game, when Palace settled and came into it, we didnt have anything in our forte to counter that and swing the game back into our favour. If that wasn't bad enough, when we went 1-0 down, the body language of the players was absolutely shocking and they were admitting defeat.
