Terrible opening 30 mins. Good performance for the last 60. The first 15 mins of the second half was very good. The best we’ve seen at Old Trafford for a long time.

Still not anything on show regarding fluidity or a consistent attacking style.

But not as scrappy and lucky as 90% of our wins last season.

Let’s see if the head coach can build on this.

Loved to see rashford play with some fire in his belly. His work rate was excellent, looked hungry, body language good, looked to create which payed off cos he got the assist. Looked better off the right, he has to actually work more as on the left he just cuts insides and shoots. Garnacho is also so much better on the left.
