Broken. Go read some latin Mr Pretentious.
Shame Bayern is off bounds now, Lewandowski or Muller would be perfect.
You have to fear that we may take a risk on converting Depay/Januzaj as strikers and going with what we've got, or on the other end of the scale doing a swap with ADM for Cavaini
Austin isn't good enough for us. Icardi seems to be a bellend.Icardi, Lacazette, Austin. Neither of them would cost a fortune and they would be perfect backup to Rooney.
He's a good battering ram for our other strikers. I thought that his presence really helped Wilson's fine debut.Predicted this long before the moves were going to happen. Fellaini might be one of our makeshift striking option to shoehorn our midfield players. The other being Depay and we might suffer because of it. However, on the good side, it is much better than the way we shoehorned our strikers last season as midfield is the basis of good football, not strikers.
Feel the same, woody would want a good English singing I think.Just a gut feeling; I think we'll go wild on Harry Kane over the coming weeks.
I think we will sign Lacazette. Because logic.

Which austin is this? Is it charlie?Icardi, Lacazette, Austin. Neither of them would cost a fortune and they would be perfect backup to Rooney.
Spare me the moral lessons. Let's just agree to disagree.
It will be interesting to follow the heel enigma. Again, i don't agree he only has a season left but it will depend on his recovery and it seems it's time to move on, as he has done so many times. The outburst against the referee/France has clearly affected his confidence/performance level, he's only human.
I'm fully convinced we've got someone lined up, I refuse to believe the club hierarchy would knowingly get rid of 2 strikers (Falcao and RVP) without a back up ready to come in.
woody has got something planned. The mans on fire at the moment.
Just a gut feeling; I think we'll go wild on Harry Kane over the coming weeks.
Think we're in for a surprise.
Yep. Can't see the club buying him though.Which austin is this? Is it charlie?
Didnt Levy say he won't sell Kane or Lloris? Buying from Spurs is like sex with a proctology exam thrown in, just to ruin the whole thing.Just a gut feeling; I think we'll go wild on Harry Kane over the coming weeks.
Wondering if LVG now sees Fellaini as a striker. Thus currently we have Rooney / Fellaini and Wilson (assume Hernandez will still go) vying for 1 position. With potentially Di Maria and Depay as options if injuries.
Hoping he fully implements 4-3-3 and not 3-5-2.
But if we could bring in a top striker it'd really help us, an injury to Rooney and we'd be struggling in my view. Therefore I think we will bring in one. Our wage book after RVP, Falcao, and Nani have been released has dropped. Even with the signings, therefore in relatively a good position to push for a big player.
He's planning to play Fellaini up front???Think we're in for a surprise.
I dunno - those sorts of player (and I include the modern-day Rooney in that) are fine if our aim is to "consolidate top four" but if we really want to challenge for the Title and Champions League I really feel that we need a truly world class attacker - and you can count comfortably on two hands who I mean by that - Messi, Ronaldo, Bale, Suarez, Neymar, Aguero, Muller...have I missed anyone?Icardi, Lacazette, Austin. Neither of them would cost a fortune and they would be perfect backup to Rooney.
Jay made his comeback in Southampton's first pre-season game against Red Bull Leibzig, scored twice.Whatever happened to Jay Rodriguez? I know he was injured.... but is he still alive?
Not that we should sign him or anything, he just crossed my mind.
