I just came across this on Youtube.
Well, if it's a few years before the films, fair enough.I've seen that before. To be fair, Pokemon had only been out a year in America when that question was asked so its understandable he wouldn't know the answer. Also if hadn't read the books, he wouldn't know that Frodo was a LotR character. The films came out a couple of years after.

'kin hell, I get the not knowing Pokemon, but Frodo, ffs.........
No, the save is to the cart, not the SD card.
None too sure how that'll work, tbh. I'd guess they'll link it to the copy in some way?But what if it's a digital copy?

I honestly don't have a clue mate, I've only ever bought them on carts.I assumed that the save would be on the SD Card that the game is on, but you can have the game spread over 2/3 SD cards right? Pretty sure the Pokemon bundle comes with a digital code for the game, though I'm not too sure.

Be wary with Nintendo downloads too, they're not like Sony, where you can delete and re-download at your pleasure.
If you delete it, and want it again, you pay again. Stupid as feck. Even people who've had their DS's wiped, or stolen have had trouble getting their games back.
It was enough work to shift my account when I swapped 3DSs' to an XL, thankfully they let you do that.
That's the way it used to be, IIRC, perhaps it's changed. I certainly remember there being uproar over it....You sure? Some people online are saying the games are in your account history to download to multiple SD cards.. but you can only play them on the console that brought them (unless you do a system transfer).

C'est la vie.Weaste would know.....

That Pokemon one looks absolute quality.
So, I take it no-one knows that if you buy a digital copy of Pokemon on the eshop, whether you can use multiple SD cards to run multiple saves? Surely you can.
I always wanted one of those!
No pretty sure it wouldn't work, the game is downloaded to the sd card in the first place anyway so if you swapped it then you wouldn't have the game data there.
But you can have your eshop games on multiple sd cards right?
Yeah but not the same one on multiple cards I don't think.
I almost done it one gen, can't remember when, but I was like 3-5 mons short.Right this has got me thinking now I'm gonna make a push to try get every one of the feckers. Obviously anyone else looking to do the same we can probably help each other out.
