Gaming Pokémon Strumfest

Absolutely the worst feature of the game. Either remove them, make them non combat moves, or make them all desirable attacks, like Surf.

Tbh though, depending on the Pokemon Surf is now outclassed, by Scald, Water Pulse(if you have Mega Launcher), and Hydro Pump if the accuracy hit isn't an issue for you.
 
It'd be good if they were items that were to be held by the Pokemon rather than moves, at least that way it's easy to change them.

Or just give the player a fecking axe and a surf/hoverboard.

In the original games code there was a surfboard, the developers used it to get around, cnuts.

I played a Pokemon hack where you were a Rocket, and get give a machete, which was used to kill a Marowak, and can hack down trees with it, much better.

Ahhhh shit man that sucks. That's why I always carry a pokemon with something like false swipe. That's a savage thing to happen!

I usually have a Farfetch'd with me with False Swipe, but I didn't at the time.

I got an Absol with False Swipe and Mean Look, perfect for catching pokemon.
 
One of the guys on reddit found a shiny geodude and he used self destruct as his first move.
 
Later tonight I'll have 150 Druddigons sat in boxes, Wonder Trade is about to get destroyed. Can't wait t receive 5 boxes of shite :lol:

This shiny hunting is so mind numbing, half the time I'm not even looking at what hatched, could be shiny for all I know!
 
Yeah that's annoying, especially if you are trying to sling out some Caterpie and you get one back.

Yeah looks awesome, not the worst nature either, I mean they are slow as shit anyway but it's best stats are boosted there so could become half decent.

Thinking of going for a Shiny Bagon next and continue the green dragon theme. Although I just got a Deino on wonder trade and a shiny Hydreigon would be awesome.
 
Could use the -Spd and build a Trick Room team around it, or a Stealth Rock/Dragon Tail set, where you'd be hitting 2nd anyway. Payback is an option too, Sucker Punch for priority, IIRC.

That nature is absolutely fine for a Druddigon.

I managed to gain the upper-hand in that match pretty quickly. It probably would have been as good as over from the 2nd/3rd turn if his Meowstic didn't wake up so bloody fast too! Haha!
 
Congrats! I went to try and watch your match but i must be missing something because i cannot find a Vs. Recorder at all.

EDIT: Ah, it's because i've not been to Kiloude City yet! I'm on Victory Road right now.

Well in, that's awesome. I'll watch it when I get home, always been interested in seeing how competitive matches go down.
 
I'm gonna not bother with Nuzlocke, but get Y and go on a shiny badge quest. Probably take like a year but could be fun!
 
Yeah real hard, chain fishing might make life easier though, but it'd kinda kill the fun if they were all water.
 
That'd be a chore! After all these years of using them so such the thought of an all water team is so tedious :lol:
 
Absolutely, it hurts that they're basically the one type you just have to have in your team.

Hell, my Y team has two, just so I don't have to give Clawitzer Surf.
