Yeah, that'd help loads, you could swap Ditto for Ditto on GTS, probably. Lots of lads in other countries must be looking for foreign ones too.
Seems you have a small chance of inheriting hidden abilities if the father has it(as opposed to a great chance if the female does), might try and whip up a few Modest Protean Froakies tonight or tomorrow.

Notes:
Oddish-Gloom-Vileplume is one of my fave lines, that one is Jolly though, so no good. I have a Modest one to train anyway.
Mr. Mime is quite good, that one is Mild(-Def+SpA), which is nice, nicknamed M. Mime... Really.
Scatterbugs! Could evolve them for different colour Vivillions, but I have a green one which is my fave anyway.
Helioptile is Timid, which is great, probably trade that to my X when I start a save on it.
Pikachu is Jolly, never trained a physical attack Raichu before, could be fun.
Pancham is is Impish(-SpA+Def), pretty decent.
Eevee is Mild, ok I suppose.
Wobbufet, didn't have one.
Ralts is Modest, but I seem to get a bunch of Modest Ralts on WT, for some reason.
Combee is male, that lad needs a slap with a rake.

To be honest that's decent variety considering it's wonder trade. I do have a soft spot for Cubone.
The only ones I'd be interested in would be hippopotas and rhyhorn because I like sand stream teams

If I recall correctly my lineup was something like Blastoise, Mewtwo, Zapdos, Gengar, Dewgong, Alakazam. I played that game so much. I remember giving Mewtwo Metronome and just use that every single turn every fight because I was so overlevelled it didnt matter
Is GOld / Silver worth playing on an emulator then? Downloading atm.

It's so good at a slow pace, especially with so many pokemon available so quickly.

I've spent some time trying to work the breeding out today (not tried that part of the games before)!

Breeding is the most in depth part of the game really, eventually you can get crazy and chain breed move from mon to mon to get some ultimate mons with moves they have to other way of learning.
I've done nothing but Wonder Trade all day, crazy good luck. Most recently, Pichu, Ferroseed, 2 Jolteon, a variety of dragons, notably Garchomp, and a bunch of random stuff not in my dex.
I'm on now mate, so whenever you're ready! Not sure what you want for it, i don't have much that's very exciting. I'm also trying to get my head around IV's and stuff, bit confuzzled at the moment!
