Pogba's social media post was a scheduled event - Neville and .Rossi take note!

Yeah Adidas hate Mourinho and used Pogba to throw shade at Jose, but then deleted the post quickly and explained what happened. But yeah man, they knew!!!

The fact that you are even bringing adidas up means their job is done.

Whilst I do think it was probably scheduled, you could argue that confirmation from Addidas doesn't mean much, as it's their job to paint one of their key assets in a positive light where possible.

I just think he's a cnut and always have. Nowt to do with the argument anymore

Well call him a cnut and move on then. Or, be the bigger man and admit you overreacted to the pogba tweet/post now that you've been shown evidence indicating that's the case. Veiled threats like that only serve to make you look like more of a child.

He never will.
I know I know, I was a bit sarcastic.

He's turned into a shit pundit these days to be honest.

I guess his response will be some BS related to the fact that Addidas want to bail Pogba out of the controversy. That's how a "real" english pundit will respond, by adding more fuel to the fire.

There are a few on here today who have well and truly allowed the excitement to get the better of them!

Mourinho's got right in their heads. The man is a genius at manipulating fans.

He's convinced some that our squad is actually mid-table trash with players who can't actually play semblance of attacking football.

Goes to what Raheem Sterling said

It does for me too. It's not hard to see, the media don't even try when it's pointed out.

I think it's actually quite sad how our fans have turned on him. They give him absolutely no benefit of the doubt.

I already said in this thread, but some fans already have their minds made up and needed a reason to back Mourinho so Pogba turns into the enemy.

In the murky world of marketing, they’ll be thrilled we’re all talking about their brand, no matter how that post was intended. So wouldn’t be surprised at all if they’re “sorry not sorry” about the kerfuffle.

It was a scheduled post. He didn't personally write it himself, it's unfortunate timing at best.

Agree with this, especially the part about fans not understanding social media.

Sure. He didn't write a caption this post 10 mins after the manager he fell out with was sacked.

I'm on board with that.

I did admit it a few posts ago.

They confirmed it, I was wrong

Saying he was wrong would benefit his image so much. Nobody likes a dog who doesn't wanna let go of a bone.

This means literally nothing. In training and during games is important, don't care what Pogba's social media team says.

I know, especially when he's one of the few players in our team who can actually play exciting football at times

I think he will improve a lot if we get a more attacking manager and some sort of play style

100%. Would they have done the same thing if it was Rooney? no chance.

People don't like Pogba because he's black and likes dancing and clothes etc. Mourinho played his band of merry fools like a fiddle.

Man, I thought the forum would be a positive after today's news but here we are again attacking Pogba. Unbelievable, Mourinho really did turn fans against Poga, it's so sad.

He didn't, it was a sponsored Adidas ad, hence the Hashtags 'Adidas' 'ad' 'heretocreate' and tagging Adidas football.
All advertisement posts are normally scheduled to be released at an even pace in order to maximise the number of followers who see it, and also be spread amongst the feed.

Also, Adidas confirmed it as such.

You should probably get on board.

I'm growing tired of Gary Neville. If anything he constantly adds a lot of fuel to the fires around the club with his rhetoric. The majority of his public opinions would see us in dire straights or seem misinformed. Souness and Redknapp have made much more sense than him today on United and I'd never thought I'd say that! Maybe he has a bug bear with the board for sacking Phil? Coupled with the fact that he's just an irrational fan that only knows theFergie experience, which isn't a real reflection of the volatile world of football.
