Is Seperate ways free?!!! that's generous of Capcom if so. Was going to buy it anyway and i'm surprised it's only a week away.
Surely it's dead on arrival? Who wants a $200 handheld that can't play games on its own or cloud stream them? You're tied to your home wifi and local PS5 library. It's a baffling product.
Think it can work too. Was always surprised about how badly people thought about the WiiU as a console because of all the shortcomings and problems the idea itself was wonderful and I wouldn‘t buy another console that can‘t be used with an optional handheld style asset.I'll probably grab it for the same reason I really like the Switch. Playing in bed or around the house when the TV is taken by my wife watching her shows
It's different when it's a feature of the console itself. This is something completely new. You need to have a PS5 and it's going to cost £200. I can't see it doing well.Think it can work too. Not saying you're wrong but in itself it's a useful option and if it's 150 at some point it may work, who knows. Isn't steamdeck quite expensive as well? Was just saying that I like the general idea pretty much since the WiiU. But that's also my last console so I'm not totally up to speed what features are available. When my daugther is a bit older, seven now, I defo get a switch, or whatever the model is named then. It's different when it's a feature of the console itself. This is something completely new. I know basically everybody has internet these days, but it also requires that to work. It's another potential barrier.
Yeah, it could definitely be useful for people that play games on a shared TV. I do think the idea of the Wii U and Switch are great, but it's because it's a built in feature of the console. Steam Deck is expensive, but it's standalone and doesn't require anything else to work. You don't have to buy anything else to use them as handhelds. I could definitely be wrong, but I expect the PlayStation Portal to be a hard sell. Not saying you're wrong but in itself it's a useful option and if it's 150 at some point it may work, who knows. @Reditus is the main one. I kind of am but got majorly distracted this year with only four platinums, 39 total.Any trophy hunters on the Caf then?

Why is Spiderman not being discussed? Looks unreal.

Have started trying to. Hit ME 1, ME 2, Gran Turismo 5, Crisis Core, Fallen Order, Miles Morales, Jedi Survivor, FF XVI, and FF VIII platinums in the past year or so. A few others I am close to hitting the plat with but need a couple of days where I can just sit down and play.
Yeah, somewhat. I'm not mental with it like some, but i do enjoy going for the platinum. I've only got 38 (I think) but I don't play that many games. The ones I do play, I try to get the platinum in.
Very nice — 39 is very respectable! I’ve been doing it for just over a year now. I have 16, with number 17 looming. Could’ve/should’ve have a few more by now, but Crash Bandicoot took much longer than it should have!
Congrats on Crash, that is a dream for me but not sure I have the coordination/patience for the time trials etc.
Mine:
Going to try not to do any more auto-pops unless there's a situation similar to VII Remake where the upgraded version releases DLC later. Most of the games were either played through Essential/Extra/Premium or from my backlog.

- second auto-pop PS5 version of Final Fantasy VII Remake but to be fair I wanted to play the Integrade DLC and quickest way was to pop first
- What Remains of Edith Finch (PS5, 2022) - I played the PS4 version of this without a plat in 2020 and wanted to play it again to get the plat. Really good game and no auto-pops involved.
- Goat Simulator (PS4, 2022)

- Assassin's Creed II (PS4, 2023)
- Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (PS4, 2023)
Going through Assassin's Creed Revelations now but the first person sections are making me nauseous.
I like to say I am, but I've slowed down a lot over the past couple years. I've never been one that will play anything just to get a plat. I buy games I actually want to play and plat them. I've got 85 plats. Over the last year, I've only gotten 3. God of War Ragnarok, Horizon Forbidden West, and Hogwarts Legacy. I've spent way too much time playing Destiny 2. Stops me from playing other games.Any trophy hunters on the Caf then?
I would say I used to be. Currently on 90 plats. Over the past 2-3 years my time for gaming has grew shorter so I decided to concentrate more on playing to enjoy the games. By this I mean not spending hours grinding for a trophy.Any trophy hunters on the Caf then?
the best thing about it, is that you dont have toBollocks to trophy hunting, too much shite in games just to extend them, I CBA collecting 300 pieces of golden dog turd for a trophy, it's boring.
you have more than me, but not by much. But still makes me feel better about myselfI'm on 90 platinums right now, although that's including a lot of crap. Been playing Miles Morales atm to get ready for Spider-Man 2.
Apparently Callisto Protocol and another simulator game will be the Ps plus essential titles. Urgh.
Callisto is a decent enough game. The day Hogwarts gets added I will be vindicated in not buying it. Utter shite until then.
Callisto is a decent enough game.
Think patches helped fix it.Thought it got widely panned.

Shortly before dead space. I think it was just disappointing irrespective of that.Didn't it come out around the same time as a similar game and it got a worse hammering due to that?
Is this console finally being fully utilised or is it still throttled due to cross console with the 4?
