Gaming PlayStation 5

I'm two years late, but I started this, today.

I feel like finishing Elden Ring has left a void as I can't think of anything else that I'd really like to play in terms of upcoming releases. It seems a certainty for GOTY.

The Quarry could be interesting (from the makers of Until Dawn) but not sure i want to buy it full price for that type of game. Chrono Cross and Call of Cthulu are on the maybe pile for the time being.
 
On the ps4, you could send a friend invite to people you randomly played with in a game. This doesn't seem to be the case on the ps5. Is it possible to unlock that option? I don't have in real life ps5 gamer friends, so I liked that option on the ps5.

The delay is because they are now doing it internally.

I played Witcher 3 for the first time at Christmas. The current version still looks really good

It's the opposite, they are bringing it back in house. They are also still trying to work on that clusterfeck CP2077.

Don't expect the next main Witcher for at least 4 years. Probably more.

How was the gameplay? I wanted to hold off until the remake but if it still holds up well enough I might just play it sooner.

Oh, I thought it was decent. Not a top tier shooter, by any means, but still playable in 2022. The only issue I had was using the bow. Playing it at 60fps always helps, as well.

Half the time is spent in stealth and again it plays ok. I did find it overly sensitive to your movement, though. I've no idea if that's something that would change with the remake.
 
Sifu is ridiculously hard, I can’t even get past the first mission. How do you play this game :confused:

It's inevitable i got panned when i said i was worried about the gamepass model and ad's being slowly forced upon you and here we go.

The model is not sustainable for either company without incorporating advertising in some way.
