The thing is, for all the 'Xbox has no games' I've paid £70 to get Spiderman on PS5 and have nothing else. On Xbox I didn't buy a single game but had access to Gears 5, Horizon 4, Sea of Thieves, Gears Tactics (and yes, motherfecking Tetris).
Need to spend more time with it. Not done much yet but I have filled the hard drive with PS4 games ready to return to.
Does PS5 have auto HDR or anything like it? And will any game that had a PS4 Pro version have that version applied automatically?

well if you subscribe to the PS equivalent of Gamepass you’ll have access to lots of games aswell. Also if you subscribe to PS Plus you’re getting a ton of great games too
Unless you don’t pay for ps plus you do have access to quite a few games from the collection.

I've got PS Plus mate (I have a PS4). I meant games that are optimized for next gen though rather than just number of games. The PS Plus collection is really nice touch mind as I actually hadn't got to God of War so that'll be first up. I'm quite surprised Horizon isn't on there.

Get to God of War - it’s one of the best games on PS4.

Looks really nice. Not sure on the layout yet will need to give it a bit of time. Underneath it's the PS4 UI.
One weird thing wad I had 6 recent 'parties' and it was all my old messages/group messages. Don't really get it, are they meant to be like open channels/chats you and friends can talk in at any point (like a Slack channel?)? You can still have party chat like normal I presume?

To be honest, some games it feels like these consoles were where they should have always been played (Jedi Fallen Order for example)
Halo and Titanfall 2 looked amazing on the Series X due to dynamic res/frames and auto-HDR. Wouldn't be surprised if things like God of War and TLOU 2 look as good as some of the games that have been developed for next gen.
Is there a bit that tells you what speed you're downloading it and an estimated time, like the notifications bit did on PS4? Couldn't find it earlier.
Been getting a few errors when copying games from disc. Installed Demon's Souls fine during the setup. Miles got an error midway through copying but continued when I closed the error message. But I've just had to reset the console to get Sackboy to install.

Once Sackboy is copied over I don't have anymore to install but I hope it's not an issue in the future
It's taking me a bit to get used to navigating the menus.
For all the shit the PS4 UI got, I was so used to using it It's going to take a while to adjust.
I like the redesigned UI but it seems very basic at the moment; I hope it gets steady updates to improve functionality over the next year. Much snappier though and I do prefer it overall.
Oh man I wish I could erase god of war from memory and play it again from scratch.
