You sorted it?

Yep, got sorted within 30 seconds of being on the phone. Only issue is that it happened Saturday night and there phone lines don't open till 10:30am Monday.
Lots of people had same issue, 1000's of people on reddit/twitter complaining.
I had the same a couple of weeks ago, only I had to wait around an hour on the phone until an operator was available. He sorted it out in no time. The hacker had bought Fifa 17 points with my money, confirming him as a complete wanker. The Sony tech canceled the purchase and returned my money. I've picked up LBP3 on the double discount sale for <£7. Last day to get it.
Black Friday deals look crap
Such a PITA
Check https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com and see if any sub accounts have been made! Then check to see if anyone bought games on the sub account.

Think I got done before as it came up saying someone else is logged in, then last week as my ps4 started downloading 2 games I hadn't played for months I turned on 2 step verification and it logs anyone out of your account, haven't received a notification of anyone trying to log in since though so hopefully it's done the trick. Some wanker has hijacked my account. raging.
Star Wars Battlefront for 10$. Is it any good and more importantly is anyone still playing it?
I have lost my PS4 controller and instead of buying a new controller I am considering upgrading the entire console.
Is it worth the upgrade. I already have a 4K TV.
Depends on the tv. Not all HDR 4K tvs are actually any good for gaming.
If you are the kind of person who notices frame rate increases though, and better lighting, I can attest that the pro is at least as good as the original should have been there.
Give it a blow and an aul rubI have the original model of PS4 and it keeps ejecting disks at random times. A lot of this model have that problem, and it has gotten worse over the years. Have tried many different solutions online but nothing has worked. No chance anyone else has fixed this problem?
Anyone played Uncharted 4 and Watch Dogs 2? Which one would you recommend?

Wow, I guess I'm missing out.PS4 Pro looks better than life
You're not missing out on the backup and restore process. I'm in the middle of restoring the pro now as it was delivered this morning. Took me 6 hours to backup just under 900GB last night and now has been restoring for about an hour with 4 more to go.Wow, I guess I'm missing out.

Hopefully it all works as intended; just waiting for my tv to be delivered in the next few hours so I can see it at 4K with HDR. Tempted to get Rise of the tomb raider whilst its on 12 days of Christmas PSN sale for £22, although its only £28.99 for the artbook collectors edition on amazon.
Deleting the game applications before backing up would have saved a lot of time. Installing from a disc is fast so no real point in backing up that stuffYou're not missing out on the backup and restore process. Tempted more so I have a physical copy.which is a beauty...
By doing this though, you have to re-download all patches/updates anyway which takes just as long, which I think @Randall Flagg had to do, as I was under the impression that patches might be left on.Deleting the game applications before backing up would have saved a lot of time. Yakuza 6 is also getting localised, I just went through 1-5 for the first time recently and I've become such a big fan of them.Yakuza remake coming in summer 2017.
Going to be a great year for Yakuza fans.
And Wipeout is returning.
Yeah was pretty good, iv'e heard horror stories about Sony in the past being a nightmare to deal with when getting refunds regarding hacking. Only issue was that despite getting replies from my email pretty quick, it just told me to wait till the phones opened.
Need to finish Final Fantasy before I start this but I'm really looking forward to it. Getting lots of positive reviews which is good seeing it's a game that had quite a bit to live up to. Biggest complaints seem to be about some framerate issues on the regular PS4 and camera niggles though anyone who's played Ueda's other games will know they were present in both ICO and SOTC. Framerate dips don't really bother me though unless they render the game completley unplayable.

I don't understand the appeal of it, it's been hyped for years and I've never really "got" it Looks pretty boring, and the graphics as a whole are average. Story doesnt seem much at all either.
I'm guessing the appeal of it is due to the brilliance of ICO and SOTC.
Not bothered about reviews as they seem to be grading it higher for every year it wasn't out rather than merit. Some reviewers calling the gameplay mechanics old yet giving it a high score.

BioShock 1 is one of my all time favourites, Rapture is just a fantastic setting and the atmosphere it creates is amazing. Other two are also enjoyable, with the story finale of Infinite being great. Definitely worth getting if the price is alright.I have never played any of the Bioshock games, but I see that the Bioshock Collection (1, 2 and Infinite, remastered) is out on PS4. Is it worth picking up? I've heard mixed things about Bioshock.
The cable comes off though? Are they actually wired? They are both wired tho so... meh.
New official controllers, Sony are the first to do this
