So I highly suspect this update will benefit people who have a 4K TV.
Looking forward to the announcement. Need to know how much, when and how powerful, as wanting to upgrade my PS4 for a neo and get a 4K tv to go with it. On subject of TVs, anyone got this TV (http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/tv-and...t-4k-ultra-hd-hdr-49-led-tv-10145825-pdt.html) if so is it any good?

They're not too badly priced these days really, I haven't looked much recently but I'd be guessing around 1k for decent 50inch.
That's true, I bought a Sony 40inch HD about 3 years ago and honestly the picture quality is so good that it's actually given me the problem of only wanting Sony. Sony are always expensive in comparison to the others.
Yeah I've just had a quick look at Sony 4k 50inch TVs there, need to read up more on this play now or whatever that Sony subscription service is. Seen a few reviews with bad back lighting problems though.
Weird, might just have been a faulty batch. I think I saw a Sony 4k curved 65-inch tv for something like 1,800.
