If the movie is anything to go by then Mad Max should be interesting!

Yep - am definitely tempted by that.

I am debating whether to get Madden - I don't feel as though I have played the last one enough to justify getting a new one - but not sure how much I will be able to hold out! Also, the Niners defence is infinitely better on last years Madden than it is on this one!

Every game you buy just don't go out one night that weekend to play it instead. You'd have spent more out anyway and wouldn't have got laid either way.

Only MGSV definite for me which I have pre-ordered. Fallout-4 and Star wars will depend on reviews.

Until Dawn is also releasing this month.

Everybody's Gone To The Rapture was released today and has got very good reviews so far. It's a very weird and unusual game but looks very interesting and I think I will grab this after I am back from holiday.

So I went to get the PES demo. My PS4 is online, I can see friends, play online game modes etc but every time I go on to Playstation Store I get a message... "Network Unavailable. Please check your network connection."

Help?

I bought Everybody's Gone To The Rapture and now it turns out I won't be able to play until 25th as I got no time in the last two days and am going on holiday tomorrow. Then Until Dawn, Metal Gear Solid and Mad Max all released within a week.

Until Dawn will be pretty much all QTE so I doubt it will justify full price purchase. The Order currently goes for £20 and I'd expect Until Dawn to go down to this price within 4 months too. Still gonna get it early probably, I almost always do and then have no time to play it all - got Batman two months ago at launch and haven't played it yet because of Witcher 3 which has replaced every single game in my life. Then also have FarCry, Alien, Shadow of Mordor and probably a dozen more. Backlogs are terrible in this gen for me, I used to complete games within a week during university days :(
 
I don't think it can be pointed out enough just how good it is to have Spotify on the PS4 for background music whilst gaming.

Yeah, similar to me. I've been stockpilling the games throughout the year, waiting to be done with school, but now I just can't be bothered.

I did play Life is Strange though, and it's amazing.

My back log is as follows and isn't too bad right now, but needs a chunk gone before the busy period kicks in


Currently trying to get through Evil within, then need to get through dark souls 2, the borderlands prequel, episodes 2 onwards in both GOT and Borderlands telltale games, rare replay games that are playable and a few indie games I had promised myself I would play

Aye I wouldn't use it for certain games, Destiny is basically a case of grinding and repetitive stuff once you finish the story though so some added music makes it more interesting again.

I got that too, only played it for about an hour or so but I think i'm just gonna play it while im stoned, its a very chilled out game & quite dream-like with the slow floaty walking pace (no sprint/speed up option) and surreal 'light' stuff going on. so far though im liking it, the story so far seems interesting and they really let you use your imagination to put the pieces of story you come across together, here's a short video I put up of it to give ya an idea...



The soundtrack so far is fantastic too.

After doing a bit of looking, so there is! (R2) they dont show it in the control menu though and people like me who try all the buttons to see what they do first would easily miss it as it seems it's more of a gradual acceleration than 'press to run'. It didnt really bother me in any case, & i'll probably only use it if I have to backtrack anywhere but there's definitely some out there who would find a constant forced walking pace game rage inducing. :D

Normally I would consider getting this, but with so many new games being released over the next few months, I am going to skip remasters such as this and Dishonoured.

MGS V is a definite, while will wait for reviews on Mad Max. It looks good in some videos, but I'm not sure how deep the game will be.
 
:lol: I always forget to turn the fecking thing off, I usually have the intention of going back to a game within the next hour or so, but end up getting pissed, falling asleep and going to work instead.
 
The Dishonored remaster is available to pre-order at half price (15 GBP) if you bought Dishonored on PS3.

Unfortunately, I bought the physical copy on PS3, so didn't download the game when it was on PS+ a while back...so no discount for me :(

But it does apply if you got the free PS+ version.

I've gotten a little confused now though, I preordered and got a code which sent me to the Call of duty site and when activated gave me the 3 codes which are now gone. and now I've received and email with another 3 different codes :confused::confused::confused:
