Good to know! I'm sure I read once that Dead Island didn't turn out exactly the way they'd hoped, so I'm guessing Dying Light was a chance to change that.
Yeah it is on there now for the discounted price so it was probably my system not updating at the same time as others. Will buy it over the weekend, good game for £12.
Anybody got their hands on Evolve yet and wants to give a little review ?
Yep, I was posting in the Evolve thread the other day. I'm loving it. I'd highly recommend it. It's come in for some criticism for its progression but I quite like it, it gives a real incentive to play different classes and attempt different approaches.
It's also refreshing to see a game that attempts something differen. There's obvious differences between classes and playing as the monster is really unique.

How's everyone's opinion on Killzone Shadow Fall. I tried looking for a thread on it but couldn't find it. Personally, I thought it was an incredibly disappointing title. And to think it's the launch title for the PS4. Meh.
Very disappointing, not half the game Killzone on the Vita was.
I know a bit about the development of Killzone. The devs wanted to delay release but Sony made them release at launch due to the delays to Infamous, Order and Drive Club.
From what I've been told they had grander plans for some of the later stages of the game.
What's anyone think about Battlefield 4? Picked up the premium version on the PSN store last night for £23. Took all night too download but I've played it quite a bit online today and have too say I am enjoying it.
I was playing it at my mates last week and really enjoyed it, but I can't see me ever playing it properly between Advanced Warfare and Evolve
Its the first online shooter I've played since MW2. I only started gaming again 2 weeks ago after 2+ years off so not really sure what games I should be going for. Highly doubt I'd like AW to be honest. I'm going too have a look at Evolve on YT now and see what it looks like.
I got extremely bored of standard run and gun multiplayer shooters which is why I'm enjoying AW so much. It feels more refined than something like Titanfall with a better sense of progression through the multiplayer.
Since we're discussing FPS' I'd like to recommend Wolfenstein: The New Order. I think it has an amazing story and people talk about wanting cinematic games should really appreciate the story in Wolfenstein. Everyone's so interesting and some of the cut-scenes are so tense and this is one of the rare times where a love story in video game touched my heart the way Final Fantasy did.
I absolutely love my Xbox One but it is so shit with having nobody to play with because they have all got PS4's.

Looks like a quality deal that one. I only bought my Ps4 2 weeks ago on Argos with Fifa 15 and GTA V and paid £415. That's £75 less for what is suppose to be one of the best games on Playstation and a brand new game. Pretty gutted myself to be honest.

Its actually £299.99 for the Ps4 and both games, so that's £40 cheaper than what I thought it was! Absolutely cracking deal there mate, wish I would of waited another 2 weeks now!
Play and finish The Order, enjoy the graphics and trade it in whilst its value is still high, buy GTA V with the money. Win-Win.

I was looking forward to playing The Last of Us but I still feel I got a very decent deal.
Will definitely do that with the order. Already bought GTA V though but I'll trade in my Xbox One version and the Order when I complete it and probably get The Last Of Us with that.

I was under the assumption the free copy of TLOU was a digital download? I'd heard it was coming as standard with most consoles now.

No it was physical copies in this argos deal. But yeah it should not cost me too much.
Definitely get TLOU-R. Sony is giving it with so many bundles but it's cheap anyway. I know where to get it digital for 19.99$ but you might get cheaper. let me know if you want to know.
Picked myself up a PS4 with The Last Of Us Remastered and The Order for £299. Also got a £10 voucher which I used to get another controller for £39. Think that was a decent deal.

Didn't get the selling point of drive club at all. I just didn't understand the handling, it was too middle of the road. I'd rather it leant one way or another in terms of arcade/sim or had some other sort of novelty like an open world or whatever. I was really underwhelmed with the graphics in that first race that you have to complete, I couldn't understand why. It looked a lot better when I did some snow events in Norway and rain events in Scotland though, at times incredible.
TLOU multiplayer is brilliant of course. It's what I want the most.

Also, how annoying is it that you can't deactivate a PS4 through the website. I wanted to set my mates as the home console for my account instead of the one at my house but I had to be on the system which is real annoying.

You can deactivate it through the website, but you only allowed after six months. That way to stop people game sharing every day.
I'm not sure if it's been 6 months, but on the FAQ it says you can do it through the website but then I get told this

TLou mp is the hands down among the best mp I have played. didnt have tlou on ps3, so it was a big surprise for me.

Are you following the website page instructions further down the page. It's you that's doing something wrong. I get to the page no problem.
