I'll probably turn the download on in the afternoon and play it on Thursday then, it should be 5-6 hours easily. Or perhaps they'll make it a midnight launch (very doubtful) and I could play after work.

Couldn't you just delete games when you know you aren't going to play them for a while, if ever again? that's what I'm doing anyway.
Yeah you could, but having to install it plus a million updates the next time is quite annoying. That said, I only ever play a couple of games at a time anyway. Plus Fifa all year round so that stays installed. I generally complete and delet, then go back a few months later.
Re-downloading 50 +/- gb every time you want to play something isn't ideal really(not out in the back 'o beyond anyway), though I'm glad of the option.

The co-op is incredibly limited, might as well call it SP really, as I wouldn't want to play as player 2.
Yeah, that's what I do unless there's a big sale on PS Store but the game in question isn't available in physical copy in Europe and won't be for a while.
Although PSN sales make it a good deal to buy there. I have over 100 PS3 and Vita titles on my account, a lot of them were PS+ freebies but I have spent my share of money on PS Store outside of them too. It's an enormous collection but it's good to know that I can take my PS3 with me anywhere and have betwen 40 and 60 games on my HDD, likewise with Vita (have two completely filled 32GB memory cards). Imagine trying to carry that in hard copies.
Only downside about the store, why not just make all the games from each country available....
Games like Fifa would be worth downloading if they werent insanely priced. As generally, you keep it for the entire year till the next one is out and then the re-sale value sucks anyway.

I'm actually tempted to buy MGS Ground Zero's even though its a very short game... it looks quite good. Still miffed they've made it 2 games for the new MGS, instead of one big one.
