Mkhi, PEA and Ozil together has good potential for arsenal. They really need to put all eggs in the EL basket:

Looking forward to seeing Auba in the PL. He's been highly rated for a number of years and often linked with top PL clubs. Will be interesting to see how he does.

And never got a move and Arsenal are only going for him now due to Sanchez leaving, you've got to wonder why no one has ever fancied him enough

Lacazette must be cursing the gods for moving to Arsenal. The managers trying to replace him after 6 months.

If this project won't work, surely this is the end of Arsene Wenger in Arsenal.

Right... ?

Perhaps because him being from Gabon means he's not as marketable as other strikers?

Nah I bet he's popular amongst the "FUT FIFA YouTube stay woke" demographics.

So would he be playing up front with Lacazette, or is the latter suddenly out of favour?

I think he'd do well at Arsenal....

Looks like Arsenal already made an video for the announcement of Aubameyang.

Dortmund just make everything sound difficult. This will go through.

Weird feeling but I want Arsenal to strengthen a bit.

Damn that would be a real coup for Arsenal. Aubamayang, Mkhitarian, Lacazzete and Ozil is a good attack.

They want a hold up merchant. Crouch, Carroll and now Dzeko. PEA would be utterly wasted playing as such.

Conte also moaned that he had no one on the bench to step in for Willian, and they played last night with Hazard as a centre forward, who isn't one. Auba could do both of those things, and he'd do it better than Hazard. If he's available, it'd be a great buy for both Arsenal or Chelsea.

Not sure why Conte is dead set on a total clogger up front. Morata isn't really one, and he's doing well enough.

Not bothered about this tbh. This just looks posturing by Dortmund to get their pound of flesh. 50m is more than enough for a 28year old wantaway striker. And we're loaning them Giroud who'd fetch 25m in this market.

Remember the +1 pound Suarez bid

We (UTD) under AF were just as tight, as remember the state of the squad thanks to AF and the penny pinching in the final few yrs he was here, whoops I mean "no value in the market" that saw us lose out on Kun, Silva etc.

Wouldnt surprise me if this was all a show for the Arsenal fans from the board.
Yes, exactly. Why not disembowel the team without adequate replacements. That'll make the board really popular with the fans, it will. I can't believe people think try and failing to land a player will do anything to placate the fans. If anything, it'll bring more of them onto the warpath.

Seriously has anyone seen the question the SkySports interviewer just gave to the Dortmund coach at his press conference about the Aubameyang deal? Seriously it was one of the
stupidest things/question I have ever heard on television...

How do these people get employed to work? especially for a company like SkySports who are turning into a comedy station

Why aren't we in for this guy? He's far better than Lukaku.

(I know why we aren't in for him as Jose loves Lukaku but still we are missing a trick)

Right... ?

Nope.
Wenger has saved AFC some money, by getting Miki, on a free. When he tells that to his pay-masters, they'll give him a pay rise and a contract extension.
Wenger cannot be sacked/fired. If he leaves, he must resign/retire - much like SAF did.

Same here. Make it a bit difficult for others around us (i.e. Top 4 contenders), as I'm comfortable with Jose vs Arsene. Plus, now that Arsenal made it to the Carabao Cup Final, it would be nice to see them throw a wrench into City's Quad plans.
