This would be brilliant if it wasnt for the fact city being a shambles is handing the league to the other mob. . I guess it's time to make peace with them winning the league.
People are generally stupid in case you haven’t noticed yet.Strange to see so many people calling him a fraud. They are easily going to finish the league in second place after winning twice in a row with record points.
Easily? Theyve lost as many games as Arsenal have this year.Strange to see so many people calling him a fraud. They are easily going to finish the league in second place after winning twice in a row with record points.
Who is going to challenge for second? Leicester? I would say there is a higher chance Vardy's amazing goalscoring form normalises than City taking their eye off the ball.Easily? Theyve lost as many games as Arsenal have this year.
City will take their eyes off the league now imo so that goes against how easily they can get second

Suprised how many United fans want to see him out. You guys do realize that if Guardiola leaves and Klopp stay, Liverpool will lose their only real contender in this league? Do you really think City's chances would be better with any other coach in charge?
Would expect another two to four seasons of Klopp at Liverpool without Pep around would be the stuff of nightmares for United fans.

We will see. I still see them as clear favourites for 2nd mostly due to lack of any challengers. Laporte being back in January could be big.Theyre ahead of them now?
Also just 6 off Chelsea who lost 5 in 6!
Any sort of run from teams nelow them inbthe new year and they could be in trouble. Its not as if Peps tactics will seem fresher to the players as the league rolls on
Just looked at fixtures either side of Madrid match. They have Leicester, Us, Arsenal, Burnely and Chelsea..We will see. I still see them as clear favourites for 2nd mostly due to lack of any challengers. Laporte being back in January could be big.
I don't think Klopp can hold this pace up forever either. His Dortmund team blew out in the end as well.
He signed Bravo and then the next season signed Ederson to replace him. He was on the verge of flogging Aguero off until he blasted his way back into the starting XI. Chequebook manager.Mendy
Stones
Cancelo
Bravo
Danilo
Are terrible signings for the guts of 260m.
And not exactly legends walker and laporte another 100 plus.
700 million spent and you could argue the majority has been on bad signings. It deserves serious scrutiny but somehow he acts like a pauper.

I've lied to myself until now. This would be brilliant if it wasnt for the fact city being a shambles is handing the league to the other mob. . I guess it's time to make peace with them winning the league.
If he had his way he would have pushed away Sancho, Sane and possibly Foden as well.He signed Bravo and then the next season signed Ederson to replace him. He was on the verge of flogging Aguero off until he blasted his way back into the starting XI. Chequebook manager.
Nobody saw anybody challenging City after their 100 point haul as well..No one can keep it up for longer than a couple of years which is why Alex Ferguson is so revered. We lost the league by 1 point after winning it three years in a row. If Klopp does that, well then...
You just knew city would lose tonight after Adama's goal. Interesting that for a team so revered by pundits they have surrendered two goal leads fairly often.
86-90 used to be the standard till Guardiola's city. I expect Liverpool will get about 105-107 this year. Assuming Guardiola leaves at the end of the season I don't see anyone challenging Liverpool in the next two years.

Anyone gonna bet on him becoming Juve or PSG manager next season ?
Imo, he has been slipping in his excuses for weeks now, so if he does take a break it won't be surprising.Everything Pep is saying publicly is he wants to stay beyond next season, not sure he's going anywhere tbh
People are comparing this to 2012 Barcelona but circumstances are different. It was reported back then that Guardiola no longer wanted to work with Alves, Pique, Fabregas and Villa. As far as I can remember, Barcelona's finances were not great back then and did not have the spending power to replace them with better alternatives. Whether they had better alternatives is another question but it is different with City. City can offload any player that Pep wants to and replace them with better alternatives. That's why he is likely to stay.Everything Pep is saying publicly is he wants to stay beyond next season, not sure he's going anywhere tbh
He's not the guy the refresh City, he doesn't have a track record of doing so (though he obviously has plenty of time to change that and prove people wrong) but I also can't see how they can improve on him. Whoever they get will be a downgrade and whoever that is will probably need to spend another half a billion replacing Silva, Aguero, Fernandinho, Kompany and some competent full backs as a minimum.
Yep, he's all about the challenges...Doubt he'll ever manage PSG, not enough of a challenge in the league.
Juve highly probable I think.

No offense, but that's something people say who only look at the points and nothing else. Dortmund performed decently and was drastically underperforming in all likelihood-/luck-statistics. In a normal season they would still have had a decent season then.I don't think Klopp can hold this pace up forever either. His Dortmund team blew out in the end as well.
