Minor change to reinforcement drafting.
You can sell two players and draft one in a single turn and then draft the second player (with no sales) on your second turn. Essentially player sales are a free action. This should allow a better use of the budget.
e.g First turn - sell van Hanagem 75 and Stielike 55. So reinforcement budget is now 75+55+60 (the extra fund per reinforcement round) = 190. So you would have 190 to spend on two players. You must however draft two players to make your squad equal 14 by the end of the round.
Obviously you could just sell one player per pick round too (maybe because you want to see what others are up to) but it should give some more flexibility.
