Paulo Dybala

Surely that would have been the case days ago when Juve basically told him he was surpless to requirements??
Either way, his relationship with Juve will be severely strained or even over regardless of whether he accepts us or not?

It depends on Sarri when they meet on Monday. They will definitely talk and if Sarri wants him in the squad then that is it, he will stay, but if Sarri doesn’t want him juventus wouldn’t miss Dybala that much, because he is not the backbone of the team and didn’t perform well last season.

Juve sold a lot of great players in the past and brought great players as well.

Remember we sold Baggio, Zidane, Inzaghi, Vidal and Pogba and yet didn’t miss them.

If all rumours turn out to be true, this window will turn Woodward from zero to hero .

Dybala is class for sure. And he’s going to make a big difference when teams sit back against us. Our options now are Lingard (ugh) and Mata (slow, not dynamic enough).

Do you play him on the right side of a front 3, or as a 2nd striker behind Rashford in a 4-4-2, or at the tip of a diamond midfield, roaming?

Interesting if true. Basically shows that our interest in Dybala didn't just materialize about three days ago.

Doesn't say anything about our interest, just that Ole reckons he's one of those players we'll always be interested in if available. It's not like we've tried to sign Messi as well..

What if Lukaku cant agree terms with Juve? Not much info on this part of the deal.

What is there to talk about? Juve literally sold him without his knowledge... I'm sure Sarri will tell him he is indespensible and they will be selling Ronaldo...

We will soon find out. Hope we get both. We are definitely focusing on Dybala first.
Don’t think we need both. They kind of do the same thing: attacking 8 vs false 9.

Would rather we get one and get Longstaff/another as DM.

Longstaff for 50m? I fecking hope not. Let him play week in week out next season and we can see more of him before making a decision.

Judging by lukakus last few tweets this is a done deal. If this falls through and we end up keeping him he is going to get ripped to shreds.

And it was his own damn fault for opening his mouth and wanting to go play “for the best manager in this world”. You say that after you signed for them.

Then another DM then.

Or is McT the cover for Matic with Garner as no 3?

Just sort it out ffs. How can it take this long to sign an unwanted player with no competition in sight? Lets seal this and move on to Bruno.

Prolly the later. It’s not ideal but we definitely had other pressing areas to fill. We have done two out of the three. If Dybala comes in we are three for three. Next summer hopefully we can get a DM and a RW.

Is it Dybala or Bruno or are we going for both?

I already posted this in Bruno thread:

Scenario 1. Primary target was Bruno, we are still fighting over his price. Suddenly, Dybala option materialized as a result of Juventus strong interest in Lukaku. We are eager to get rid of the Belgian, Juve doesn’t have money. So, both Ole and Ed decided to have a look...and we see what’s happening. Dybala is in doubts, but Juve wants Lukaku so badly that they just decided to kick out poor Paulo. United is working on both deals, but Dybala is more likely. So, we get our number 10 in Dybala. I don’t like this scenario because Bruno suits Ole better. But he will kinda settle for Dybala.

Scenario 2. We are in for both Of them. Then our transfer expenses are going to reach 250 million! Bruno is no less than 60, and Lukaku has at least 50 value. Also, we face the problem of playing them together. Highly unlikely.

Any suggestions for the 3rd scenario?

Ole has already said that he sees him as a false 9.

This one’s for all the naysayers and pessimistic fecks out there:

“Paulo didn’t want to leave Juventus because he said he always wanted a chance at Juventus to show his skills, to show his best and Juventus but that’s why I’m told Paulo is so sad now. He’s also angry and was convinced.

And he’s considering the possibility of joining Manchester United. Manchester United is a historic club and that’s why Paulo is considering the move.

He’s so sad for what’s happening with Juventus, with the manager of Juventus, with the directors. He was sure he was going to stay this season that’s why he’s sad and so angry.

But he is now focused on the Manchester United offer.

He hopes to talk with the new manager [Sarri] and he’s waiting because he wants to understand the situation with Sarri and Juventus and because his desire was to stay in Juvé”.

As I’ve been saying the past couple days, shit tier reporters who are trying to generate clicks didn’t make sense then and still don’t make sense now when they say Dybala doesn’t want us yet he’s negotiating/requesting wages from United and has his representatives in talks with us.

Don’t blame Dybala for being shocked that he’s being swapped for Lukaku. I would too...that’s all this really is/was and Fabrizio is now saying he’s moved on from that stage and in talks to finalize the move once he feels satisfied that the right figures and ultimately agreement is reached.

I struggle to see how Pogba, Bruno and Dybala all play in the same team. It looks attractive on paper with Martial and. Rashford as wide forwards but feels like overkill. OGS is planning for Pereira and McTominay to each play 20+ games too.

Especially if we are after Sancho next year.
