Paulo Dybala

He would be great cutting in from RW onto his left foot. He often drifts right when playing for Juve and is very comfortable out there.

Martial - Lukaku - Dybala
.......Pogba - Fellaini
.............Matic

I’ve stuck Fellaini in there just to complete the formation, but obviously that spot can be upgraded.
More likely as 442
Martial Lukaku
Dybala
Pogba Herrera
Matic

Then buy Savic to replaces Herrea position, and a great right back.

Dybala would be a dream signing for me. He’s truly a world class talent. As far as where would he play...anytime I watch Juve in Serie A (when he wasn’t benched) he would often play on the right, cutting in and playing off Higuain centrally. He could do the same for us in a fluid 4-3-3.

The biggest problem is Juve won’t sell. On form he’s their best OF player. He may want to leave after being benched but depending on when his contract expires, Juve have no pressure to sell this summer.

If Dybala gets Raiola involved we shall see about that.

Raiola isn’t his agent though. To my understanding his brother serves as his de facto agent by negotiating on his behalf.

Our best chance to steer him to United is Pogba because they’re great friends...But even then no guarantees as we saw with AG.

He also has a good relationship with Javier Ribalta (the guy who scouted him for Juve), who we employed this season.

Someone should ask Di Marzio for more information. If he says something I will take notice. Until then it's all rumours. Get Agent P on the case too.

Put him in the role Mata was in today and he'd be dynamite IMO, and that's not a knock on Mata, you need two quality options in all positions.

He would be phenomenal on our RW. Break the bank for him. This video makes it clear that he does like to drift to the RW.

The clip in that video at 3.48 where he dribbles past 3 players and plays a killer ball that should of been an assist was sexual.

How much exactly Juve wants? Heard they want 200m :wenger:

No concrete news but the rumour is around £130m. I think Ed should break the bank. If Shaw can stay fit, we won’t need to spend on a LB. TFM can be recalled from loan for RB cover. Periera can be recalled for CM cover and then we only have to buy one new CM. So really we only need to spend big on Dybala and a new CM, say £180m for both. It’s a lot of money but hopefully we could recoup £50/60m from sales (Darmian, Blind, Fellaini, Mkhitaryan).

Dybala is not, never was, and never will be, a wing player

As for price, starts at €150m and goes up from there

We probably still need another LB, if we sell the squad LBs and someone to push Shaw or overtake him if he gets injured again. A nice old fashioned winger would be nice too. Our squad is a bit unbalanced, but i still think spending 200m or 250m isnt that much, it is what top clubs spend nowadays due to prices being much higher.

Good point but I don't know if it works this way or Ed has another plans! IMO I think we can pay 100m as maximum but 180m wow I think we will not spend that on one player.
I'm watching Dybala just some highlights from C.L matches, is he worth this money?

By all accounts the current team is of his own design. He's enjoying more power when it comes to team building than any of our managers in the last 20 years, with the exception of Mourinho. Said he didn't want De Gea, and we pulled out, said Benzema was his man and we never tried to replace him, didn't like James and he's gone, didn't care for Pepe and he's gone, etc.

Far cry from Ancelotti telling Perez he didn't want James, only for Flo to sign him the next day..

As for Hazard, i agree it's cool that he's taking steps to facilitate a move, but i'd still take Dybala. Better scorer, more of a game winner

In what position would you place Dybala?

I still don´t get used to these prices. I would not pay it. You follow calcio a lot more than me but I see him a bit green

I think he'd be phenomenal in that Mata role wandering from the right. We'd have everything Mata gives us along with pace and the ability to beat two or three players to create something. Versatile enough to play in a few positions and formations. He can also take a corner, which with us is a bonus.

If we are going to break the bank for anyone this year or next I'd choose Dybala.

Striker. False 9 or Second Striker

Think he's ready. Market being what it is, that's the price. He'd be amazing for us

Yeah, Juve are not opposed to sell him for a high price, they always do. They are value driven, if they can get so much for a player, especially someone not on good terms with the manager it seems, they sell. Massive profit they will make and buy the next best gem in Italy. There was a quote from Marotta not opposed to the future sale of Dybala, saying every player has his price.

I only see him at PSG, City or Real though.
