BBC are very slow with updates on this?
A BBC sports journalist has explained before they can only post transfer updates if a source from both the selling and buying club confirm to them that it's on.

Don't know how much editing went through that Adidas ad or how much they knew about Pogba's transfer but that footage was filmed back in May.

Source: Pogba's haircut

Likely that Paul's first never follow part was always planned, and then when it became clear he was coming here adidas edited the rest of the clip to include United.

While you muppets have been busy getting excited in the Fabinho thread, it looks like we're about to sign some bloke called Progba or something. Anyone heard of him?

Obviously not my money so it's irrelevant but I'll be fuming if we pay the Raiola fee. Juve should be footing this, not to mention the agent is a fecking crook and nothing more. 20 million he's taking the piss.
Got it in one.

Personally, it wouldn't bother me if this cost £200m. If that's the price of a player who will significantly improve us, and we can afford it, then I'm all for it. Woodward knows what he's doing.

But there are always sources saying conflicting things, its supposed to be the journalists job to sift through all that and discover the truth, not ours, that is how they become credible, exploiting their contacts, not just passing on information, one guy in particular seems to be getting an easy ride considering the stick others get.

Erm no it's not. It's their job to pass along what they know, that's all. This is not some paid service where you sit on your arse and get spoonfed incontrovertible facts so you can feel good about the latest transfer. You do have to exert a little effort of correlating what all the journos are saying and then make an informed decision based on all the available information.

£92m on its own is a world record fee

The current world record is Bale for €100m or £84m

You lot really got to learn the difference between pound and euro for god sake

Yes, thanks for the education, but what the latest reports say the entire fee (including Raiola fee) is 110m euros, which is approx £92m, you Ihni binni dimi diniwiny anitaime

They have an entire blahblah campaign also for other clubs they sponsor, I think they just want to market the theme of the transfer market. I actually doubt they are hinting to specifc deals. Stormzy is a United fan but he is also a addidas sponsored artist, United is addidas sponsored club, Pogba is an addidas sponsored player and Pogba to United is a huge story this window, yea obviously they are linked but I think it just fits in their theme, it is not a special addidas announces Pogba to United advert by any means as far as I'am concerned.

Deigo Costa blah blah, they are using players where there is a lot of transfer talk and rumours of which some are not true

With all due respect to Zlatan, Di Maria, Schweinsteiger, Berbarov, even arguably Ferdinand and Rooney, this one is surely our largrest muppet signing.

When was the last time we signed a world class player with everything ahead of him and not behind?

Juan Sebastian Veron. (Gutted didn't work out for him but it's him)

I don't understand why the guys on the juve forum despise us so much. I don't recall us doing them any harm, and we have given in to their price.

Three threadmarks saying basically the same thing all afternoon....i know it's better than threadmark for a whole week but I need more!

Kinell. Cheers for that.
Still not in the top ten threads on the caf though:
