Do you want Pogba for £100 million?

Wont happen, i give it a 1% chance. Just being realistic, i dont see it. Other teams have great managers and money too.
Its as likely to happen or as absurd an idea as Mourinho joining Everton.

I suspect we can make as many bids as we like, with our identity in tatters and no CL next year, why would any grade A elite player join us this summer.

Waste of time, even though I understand the club still has to try.

I'm going to go with Scholes on this one until somebody more credible tweets it.

Roy Keane's face

Also the title of that is balls, he doesn't say 'he wasn't good enough' he says 'they weren't good enough.'

"No CL so why would he" is massively overrated as a saying. If that makes any sense. As someone stated you ask most of Europe's top players right this minute would they go to utd or Chelsea or Leicester or spurs. The former 2 clubs will win by a landslide CL or not

The ITK on Bluemoon seems certain they'll sign him, then again he said the same last summer.

Do you see Pogba as a Pep style MFer?
I think he is good enough to play in the Pep system. He's a better than Vidal for example, who was a mainstay in Pep's Bayern. Plus he is young enough and talented enough to adapt to different systems.

Would count as homegrown also.

Can't see this happening, he has so many options and he's not forgave the club from last time imo. I could see City getting him if he was to return to premier league. You know they will want to bolster there midfield Yaya birthday cake Toure leaving. I can see him heading to Spain next. Ferguson let a gem slip through, bad attitude or not. It's always going to irrate us because he's such a good player and exactly what we need. I'm not going there this summer with a Pogba saga, you can guarantee that will end badly.

This is also a silly statement though. This is not the fecking choice that Pogba, or any of our other targets will be facing. If we're as simple as United vs Leicester, everyone would be a lot more confident. However, there are a few other useful teams besides Leicester and Spurs in the CL next season.

They want Andreas Pereira so him plus 80m. Have a first refusal clause to buy him back or a sell on clause attached to Pereira in case he comes good. I cant see Maureen throwing him into our first team considering the number of semi-bedded in youngsters already expecting first team playing time.

I think there is more chance of Gary Lineker presenting the next Match of the Day completely bollock naked whilst w@nking himself off than Pogba signing for us.

At what point does an offer become a firm one exactly?

I didn't read the article but - what exactly is stopping him from going to either of them now?
Barca have severe financial constraints and Real might be banned this summer.

Unless Barca offload Neymar, they can't afford any big money signings this summer, I think.

If The Sun reported that tomorrow the sun would rise in the east and set in the west, my reaction would be "let's wait and see"

Terrible paper. Don't deserve to call themselves journalists.

There is more chance of us winning the CL next season.

That is true. But many players are all about money and location now. Much as they may deny it

Bayern just spent big money on Renato Sanches. They ain't signing Pogba.

Real Madrid are favourites especially with Zidane.

Real Madrid have issued a statement to deny reports they have made a bid for Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba.

Italian newspaper La Stampa reported this week that Real had offered the 22-year-old a five-year deal worth €10 million per season.

However, the Spanish club have taken the unusual step of making an official announcement to say the report is "completely false".

The statement read: "Following the reports published in the Italian newspaper La Stampa concerning an alleged offer from Real Madrid for the player Paul Pogba, the club wishes to state the following: Real Madrid have had no contact either with Juventus or the player's agent and, as a consequence, the reports published in this newspaper are completely false."

His agent then went on to say things about how Madrid dont treat players well etc..

Id be surprised if it happens but hey anything is possible in football.

Jose would bring him here if possibly.

He literally ticks every box for a Mourinho midfielder.

Do think we have a chance with Mou as long as the money is right of course. No Champions League football but the guy is 23, if he does come he will get plenty of attemps on winning the Champions League. Mou, Zlatan and Pogba would make for quite a summer.

No chance of this happening imo. Not worth the amount we'd have to spend to get him

Im not convinced he goes for the sort of prices his agent is spouting, id imagine any team who offer juve close to 60m including all bonus's clauses etc, so something like 30m + 10m over 2 years blah blah blah etc will get him when pogba wants to move.

I dont see him as a fit for barca, or a pep team, so PSG, Madrid, Us, maybe atletico if they win the champions league would be the good fits.

Worth noting him and Zlatan share the same slimeball agent, Mino Raiola. Possibly some kind of package deal being discussed (if there is any truth to it)?

I don't want to see this player anywhere near United.
Rafael was put in midfield infront of him. He had to make a decision for what was best for him, and he made the correct one. He has never had a bad thing to say about the club or SAF (as I can remember). Unwarranted resent IMO.
