Seriously, who gives a shite about that awful forum full of kids from Denmark and Sweden? They aren't even real Juventus supporters. Most of them probably haven't even been to Italy let alone watch a Juve match.

I want Pogba news - Balague has posted a new article this morning but it's all in Spanish.

And one last thing, trust me, United got a lot of pressure to get back in the elite and make the right signings. Dont think for a second people in high places dont need or demand information of whats going on this transfer window.

I checked an Italian Juve forum yesterday, La Vecchia Signora, and rest assured they talk a lot of sense over there. Most don't even see the value at 100m pounds, they think he is overrated, and they acknowledge that Juve can't compete with United financially. They don't seem very bitter or delusional at all.

Do you think Adidas would also be pushing United to sign him, as he is obviously in line to be their next poster boy & Adidas have got such a mega-deal with United? I imagine they would like him to play at United rather than Juventus from marketing point of view. Not sure how much that would effect an actual transfer though.

She has never watched a single football match yet she has heard of Zidane. That says a lot. And no I didn't have to convince her anything, I'm just saying she has heard of Zidane. I never said that the whole world revolves around Madrid, I said the whole world doesn't revolve around United so what nonsense are you talking? If you want to refute my argument, at least give me a strong case and not just argue for the sake of arguing. Its embarrassing reading your post.

What's the biggest thing Zidane did? Probably nut someone in a final. Giggs? Score a great goal vs arsenal. Actually I'm wrong - it was screwing his brothers lady. It's a fact that negative things 'spread' more so maybe she heard it via that. The fact is - you make a random point that IS random. It's also HEARSAY. The fact is your talking nonsense. No one knows you from adam and your point is based on this concept we know your grandma or that she's any different to anyone elses. Did you ask anyone elses Grandma? No, they would not do that imo. But, United want a big signing (Mourinho want Pogba) and that also make sense for Adidas. Its very much connected.

He is right though. Giggs being a great player he has been & one of the most popular footballer in UK, his popularity & recognition worldwide comes nowhere close to Zinedine Zidane unfortunately. That's not even upto a debate. This does not demean Giggs in anyway, he is a superstar in his own right.

Do you think it would be sorted one way or another in a week or two? Or does this have the potential to become another Vidal/Ramos saga and run till deep end of August as it happens with all big money superstar transfers?

Erm...my grandmother heard of Zidane but never heard of Giggs so you didn't even bother to read my earlier post carefully and got it all mixed up. I was just saying that Zidane is more popular than Giggs, this isn't a random point. Go out and ask anyone who doesn't watch football and ask them or show them a picture of Zidane or Giggs and see their responses. Congrats on bringing this whole debate to something so irrelevant. Mourinho said that this should not drag out. If we cant make a deal, I think we would move on pretty fast. We should get some news soon imo.

Zidane is a famous footballer who was in the news for his headbutt incident and all. If your grandmom reads a newspaper, I'm sure she would have read it there.

People also know Rooney, Ronaldo (both), Messi, Beckham and all.

I never mixed up your post. I don't give a shit if your grandmothers heard of zidane and not giggs. It has no relevance. Of course in certain demographics some people will be heard, others won't. Being more 'popular' comes down to what? Someone hearing your name? So even just hearing someones name means their more 'popular' - no. It just means one time they might have heard of them. This is complete nonsense when you include it in your opinion that it's true. When it comes down to that level - where you hear of someone but have absolutely no idea who they are - then it don't even matter. How is it relevant? What if randomly she heard of Giggs but not the other? Would that convince you? No, you used your grandma as confirmation of something you think..we get it. However, it's a random point and it's not really a great one. What's this all got to do with Pogba btw? Or maybe Pogba's heard of Zidane but not Giggs?....

He basically said Pogba isn't going to throw his toys out of the pram and hand in a transfer request which we all knew anyway and that Raiola fancies the deal as he gets a lot of money which we also all knew....

I think there were some infos about Juventus' intention to reject the forthcoming 120 million bid and also that Pogba won't push for a move. Apparently that's been said by Di Marzio on live TV.
