Do you want Pogba for £100 million?

Always thought he was overrated and to be honest didn't really care if we signed him or not before.

But after the last few days, there isn't a player out there I want us to sign more at this time. Everybody is butthurting over this signing starting from the Juventus wankers to all our local rivals and ending with Madrid and their buttboys in the press. It's ridiculous and I love it.

Just look at that Ballague tweet, you can actually taste his tears when you read it.

 Don't forget Glaston.

Exactly so him being not so bullish about Real's chances is pretty big.

It's more the fact that he's saying that Pogba would prefer Madrid BUT...It's what he's implying is what I suppose I'm getting at. We know Real like their games, I just see Balague as being a constant part of these games.

He's an Espanyol fan isn't he? Why's he so butthurt over this? Just a proud spaniard?

To our friends at Juventuz:
We are usually respectful of Juventus, so stop being disrespectful of United, this is still the biggest English club and one of the biggest in the world despite recent years. Financially strong, which still means something in this business.

If Pogba comes back to United, it's a reunion and not just a move based on the C1 vs EL. He has lived here, he loves the club. And stop mentioning the fallout, he's clear that interests were not aligned but he still respects the club.

@as-95 stop trolling them by pretending to be a Juve fan and playing on their financial strength. That's not even funny! And so childish.

I'd love it if instead of the Chevy logo next season we just had...

...Fck Juventus.

Welcome Darmian! Looks like a real friendly chap, I like him already even though I've never seen him play football or heard of him 6 months ago.

feck juventus

Welcome Matteo!
Oh and feck Juventus!
Except for last summer.

Why are Juventus fans angry? They can probably fix enough matches to win the Italian league for the next 5 years from all they money they get from us.
They should be thanking us.

On the oddschecker website it has us at 5/6 and Madrid at 6/4.

I would have thought the odds would be more shorter for us considering all the talk of Pogba choosing to come to us etc, I'm not sure how they work out the odds though.

Really hope this happens, I was so close to buying a season ticket for the first time ever too but bet its to late now.

Odds on Skybet:

United 1.83
RM 2.5
Juvcunts 5.5

Not that odds mean shit, but if anyone fancies a flutter.

It was cash but iirc it was due to that Torino fan who followed Darmian all the way to our forum and kept calling Juve cnuts.
I remember it. It was only a bit of fun after that Torino fan who told us all about Darmian signed off with it. It became a tag to add when welcoming Darmian.

What happened to professor Kevin? He surely has to be against this transfer? Havent seen much of him in this thread.

Balague echoing what I expected. Beside the United bound part. Nevertheless, this will be a great signing and will make us more stronger in the midfielder if he comes here.

The story is quite remarkable. We let him go for free, then bought him back for a world record fee. The irony of it is that United might benefit more for that decision; performance wise because we should get the best years of him if he develops according to his potential. Financially, it is somewhat humiliating.

Sounds like the odds are decent. Put on the money you were going to spend on a season ticket on Pogba signing, and then you should be able to afford two season tickets next season?

I'd be interested to know how the Spanish Bookies are pricing it. Anyone know?

A tad, although when you consider how massive the club is and the money we've spent over the years, the fee itself is probably more of an annoyance than a serious dent. We should've been able to recognise that he needed playing time back when he was here the first time, but ah well, would be delighted to have him back anyway. The financial dent will be worth it if he helps us make it back in the form of winning trophies.

God Balague is so bitter.
Mocking the idea that Pogba wants to come back for Europa League and whats the odds of moving to Madrid when he's 27.
Sounded like a child. He's really not happy

Yeah that guy was pretty funny so posters began ending their messages with feck Juve too. Banter.

If we sign him it's going to be glorious reading the bitter vitriol from rival fans and tossers like Balague.

He can always bugger off to sunny Spain later if he wishes (along with another hefty fee). He's still far too young to be worrying over 'missing out' on Madrid.

He is going to sound even more bitter when we actually sign him in about a week to ten days.

Sounded like a child. When CW asked him why doesn't he just stay until RM agree a fee if he doesn't want to go to United. Then he changed it to he'll be at Madrid by the time he's 27.
