Do you want Pogba for £100 million?

Much better in the second half, but he and Matuidi were struggling 2 vs 3 in the first half. If we really pay a £100M for him it would be stupid to put him in the position he played tonight, his best work, what has built his hype, is done higher up the pitch in a 4-3-3.

Dunphy just said ''Liverpool won't be quacking in their boots over us signing Pogba''.

What a washed up prick.

Why did he mention Liverpool?

Isn't this £100m being quoted likely to include add-ons? It would make sense if our offer was along the lines of £70m + £30m (if he wins the ballon d'or, for example).

I'm very much hoping that United are gullible enough to blow £100m on him (even better, 150+m including wages over five years). It would be the ultimate triumph of hype over reality.

Shouldn't Spurs throw in a bid for him? I reckon we don't have any chance of signing him without CL footy. But how can he say no to CL with Spurs, soon playing in your new stadium, shopping in the new megastore and watching the NFL games on TV?

You are the new massives as you have told us repeatedly, we are finished. Also I think he would be able to "prove himself in the Spurs midfield" as you put it.

Pogba plays very reserved and within himself for France. Different beast altogether at Juventus.

It's wonderful seeing rival fans trying to convince themselves he's not any good.

Well, your ambition next season should be to finish above us in the league. Meanwhile, back to Pogba ...

Why? Last season is last season, finishing ahead of Spurs doesn't guarantee a top 4 spot most years, we'll just aim to finish ahead of 19 teams and go from there

Hand on heart I'd rather Kroos, and with the change we can get the world class CB we still need.

So bascially just give Madrid the Pogba money in return for Kroos and Varane.

You think they'd be up for it @carvajal ?

John Giles just called him Drogba.

He's value for money compared to Muller, who's in the same price range.

Our number 10 is Wayne Rooney, i repeat - our number 10 is Wayne Rooney.

Message Received. The Midfield needs strengthening though, Griezmann is a second striker / an inverted forward though. You'll have to deal with another year of Rooney. Over. krttss-radio noise

Doesn't this seasons premiership winner get £90 million? Or maybe more? If he takes us to the title worth every single penny

For £100m they'd join you in League 1.

Ah, I see. So the only reason why players want to join United now is that we somehow has managed to find a way to let the players have the transfer sum?

True genius that man Woodie.

So the player has no say then?

With wages you'd pay, and a generous cash 'encouragement' from Juve to the player in return for £100m from United, it's not clear the player would want to say anything except "yes".

But I exaggerate to make a point, since obviously in League 1 would you wouldn't be able to afford to pay £100m + astronomical wages.

@Juventuzfans

Can you tell me which position is Paul Pogba's best? I need to know where to put him in my lineup predictor for next year.

Thanks.

And here I thought all my life that the clubs paid transfer fees to the selling club and not the player himself...

Glaston has now found a way to explain how Manchester United still can attract players Spurs never can, we make the selling club give a kickback to the player.

It's not that at all. He's clearly a good CM, potentially better that simply good. But there is no way that he's worth anything even remotely close to £100m.

I've seen him called "world class" on here several times. He isn't.

Would you swap him with Alli (straight swap, no money either way)?

 Feel sorry for him. He can barely string a sentence together anymore

Painful, why the feck we still have to listen to these three, do they even watch football when they're not working?

How much would you suggest Pogba is worth?

Now Giles is saying he should be further forward on the left-wing, he watched Juve once and seems to remember Pogba playing there or something.
