Griezmann is not going anywhere, and what midfielder at the moment is better than Pogba and attainable?
RVP was a lot younger than Ibra. Don't get me wrong I think Ibra could be a fantastic signing, but to make sure we have enough firepower I would get Griezmann.
We aren't getting Griezmann, move on.
In fairness, he asks '30 in PL.' I agree though that 25 is easily possible in all competitions for Ibra if he stays injury free(we can end up playing 50+ games easily). He hasn't shown much of age effects whenever I have watched him in last couple of years.

Kroos if Pogba goes to Madrid. I'm not saying we could get a better midfielder than Pogba, but I would rather we get a midfielder that is just below Pogba's level if it means we also get Griezmann.

Kroos is 26 and is about to hit his prime, Real Madrid are never going to let him go at this stage of his career. You are playing FM here.
Pogba signing for is also probably not going to happen.

Jose favours the 4-2-3-1 formation allowing only 1 spot for a striker. We have more than enough personnel at the club in Ibra, Martial, Rashford and even Rooney. While competition for places is a positive thing, generally speaking, 5 strikers vying for the same spot would cause more trouble than it's worth. It will never happen anyway.
Pogba on the other hand would a huge addition to the squad.
And when you think about it, he'd be perfect to play behind the front 3 and would make each of them more effective as defenders would have to allocate more effort to dealing with Pogba.
