We should sign him for free then sell him for decent money in the summer just to break tradition.

Marseille turned him down
LeedsChrist, if Marseille don't want you, who does?
He's not played professional football since February 2024. He's only been allowed to start training since January 2025. Far from peak condition.Recovery time? Shouldn't he be in peak physical condition?
Surely during that time he must have spent money on state of the art trainers to keep his fitness and football skills up somewhat. He's not played professional football since February 2024. He's only been allowed to start training since January 2025. Far from peak condition.
Surely he didn’t actually abide by that, right? Right? He's not played professional football since February 2024. He's only been allowed to start training since January 2025. Far from peak condition.
The training ban can only be training with a team. They can’t stop him from training by himself or even hiring 22 ex/amateur players and a few coaches to do his own training and replicate a club environment.Surely he didn’t actually abide by that, right? Right?
My Cousin helps run Cardiff Cosmopolitan FC so I reckon I could get him a trial if he fancies stepping up to play in the South Wales Alliance Championship.I’d be looking to go to MLS if I was him. He loves it in the US. Nice easy league for him to play football in and enjoy it. I’m sure there’d be plenty of takers.

You can give someone all the state of the art trainers you want, genuine match fitness just can’t be obtained without playing actual professional football matches.Surely during that time he must have spent money on state of the art trainers to keep his fitness and football skills up somewhat.
Assuming they let him in, he's not white for startersI’d be looking to go to MLS if I was him. He loves it in the US. Nice easy league for him to play football in and enjoy it. I’m sure there’d be plenty of takers.
Yeah of course. But if he was even half motivated to play again I don’t think he’ll be as out of shape as people realise. Sure match fitness will be an issue, but look at Greenwood when he went to Getafe. You can give someone all the state of the art trainers you want, genuine match fitness just can’t be obtained without playing actual professional football matches.
Right unlike famously white player Christian Benteke, for example.Assuming they let him in, he's not white for starters
Well he arrived before the Orange idiot got back in power, Pogba's drug ban is also a potential problemRight unlike famously white player Christian Benteke, for example.

Nike trainers are good but they can’t achieve that by themselves.
Don't we have a LB on our books with the same amount of appearances the last 3 years? Sure feels like it.His time out during the ban only tells half the story. Don't forget he pretty much missed the entire season before his ban with injury.
He has 12 appearances in the last 3 years.
Greenwood was a young player who wasn't injured though. It's a totally different set of circumstances to Pogba. It was never going to take him long to get back in shape.
Pogba is 32 and hasn't played a competitive game of football in 18 months. Before his ban he'd only started 1 game since he left Utd and overall made 12 appearances for Juve totalling about 200 minutes.
With his injury record of the last few years, I'll be amazed if he's able to get back fully fit and playing anywhere near what he was capable of.
