Patrick Dorgu | Medical today? No. Weekend.

You do realise Italian media Quotes wages after taxes . So 30 k would be around 55k a week if we were to actually believe the information .

Doesn't sound that impressive suddenly .
You do realise that in previous years this would be an easy 100k (at least) contract for the player

Sounds like peanuts compared to the pre-Ineos era

Seems like he’s a physical monster. The team needs more of that. Excited to see what he can bring to us

I like the look of this kid and I am hopeful.
My worry is that players that look quick in Serie A do not look so quick when it comes to the Premier League (exception Salah)

The comparisons to Malacia are silly. The facts are:

He is bigger, faster, stronger than Malacia, 5 years younger and more technical ability going forward.

Dorgu is one of the most coveted young players in the world.
Let's not go overboard on the hype. He's very very raw and it's very only us and Napoli who were in for him.

Would still be good in my opinion.

He plays LB/LWB and is fit, that is a massive improvement on what we have had for the best part of 18 months

It absolutely still does.

Manunited players cant survive on 30k per week. Jimmy collects money everytime they use the facility

Ive watched a few of his matches and he looks to have excellent technical ability. Speed and power. Good passer, A great cross and a good shot. But hes young so he must be very raw eh..

Hojlunds still pretty rapid aswell. His goal against Galatasaray last season.

Predict this will do the usual of bringing out Shawberto Carlos until the rest of the season. Which will leave Dorgu unhappy and leave in the summer. Shaw will start next season and eventually get injured again for Dalot to be starting LB.

Its an honor to have Amsu Fatti at the club. Jokes aside if he gets back to his best he might be the best wb Amorim has ever had

That is his main asset, it is the basics that he is lacking in.
He has struggled with his back to goal but the rest of his game is good. He hasn't really been given any chances to score and that's really a team issue. Sorry about discussing Hojlund on this thread.

Haven't seen it to be honest. This season I saw a couple chances for him to sprint with the ball and he chose to stop and square it.

Edit - Dorgu thread mybad.

Watch any of the analysis videos and they explain why he's so raw. That's why his transfer fee isnt 50-60 mil as would be for Nuno Mendes from PSG

Exactly what I've been saying a few pages back, a player I wanted us to get for a while now so very happy, but only at the right price which is not much over £30mil (and it looks like we may be comfortably under).
Serie A small clubs are very dependable of players transfer offers.

If it was a Série A club making the offer they would probably ask 20M plus future fees applied to number of games, etc.
But as clubs know English clubs have a lot of financial power, they try to stretch as far as they can.
