Any figures been made public regarding the Blackett sale? I reckon we only got about £2m for him.
2m seems more than decent if true.

It seems Pereira will go out on loan to Granada.
Is that a good club for him to develop? Granada has been close to relegation in Spain, so Andreas should get ample playing time which is good. But at the same time, I would prefer to see him on loan in England.

Jose likes to work with a 20 man squad, right now we have 23 not including Schweini so I expect him to trim half a dozen between now and next summer.

It could be a good move for him. Paco Jemez has taken over there, and he likes to see nice football. A good test for Pereira as well, if he's good enough he should get games there, but they aren't so weak they have to play him.
According to The Mail it's supposed to happen today. I think Pereira could do better, but the most important will be for him to go where he can get games.

1m for Keane could be a steal. Hope we have a sellon clause in case he finally realises his potential.
1m in today's market is basically a free transfer, crap business when you consider some of the deals we've seen this summer.
Will is probably lucky that Hull has it's ownership issues right now otherwise they might have a proper transfer kitty and he would be heading to a Championship club. Not sure any club was going to line up and pay anything looking like big bucks for him.
Feck is it with us and selling players. Chelsea or Liverpool would get £3-5m for this guy.
Nobody is getting 5m for Will Keane. Despite his signs of talent, he is 23 and yet to do anything at first team level with quite poor loan spells. He also has an atrocious injury record. He is only getting picked up by a PL team because it is Phelan. Who the feck gives a feck about a couple of million anyway. We can sign a pot noodle sponsorship in Madagascar if we want it so badly. I'd rather we tried to do whats best for Will.
If he really is going to Hull for a million we need to get a decent sell on fee agreed. Hull are skimping and are keeping the pursestrings tight, if he doesn't turn out to be anything special then fine, but if he does, a 20% sell on fee will ensure a tidy profit for both sides.
I agree, can't see anyone lining up to pay that for him, probably the only reason he is still in the PL is because Hull are so screwed up with the ownership issues rights now.

It looks like Jose is keeping the excess squad guys to combat the annoying Thursday/Sunday Europa League situation, I expect to see quite a few changes for away games in that competition. Once back in the CL I expect we'll flog a few off to make room and tighten the core group.
I think Mourinho is keeping a large squad because there are many players who want a clean slate - pretty much all of LvG's signings, Mata, Young, Jones to name.
Many will feel they were held back and deserve a better chance to prove themselves. It's on record players were pissed off with LvG and players discuss these things with each other. Mourinho will want a harmonious dressing room to ease into the job.
I expect a re-evaluation in January and those who don't feature much by then will know their time is up.

Think thats the lot. Not sure how it compares to previous years but I guess less senior players sold and more youth sold.
Their owner was not willing to spend much money since they're selling the club and with 1 mil in the market these days Will Keane is among the best that you can get.
You missed Dean Henderson to Grimsby Town on loan.
I hope Wilson proves himself this time. I think he did quite well at Brighton but he promised so much, injuries held him back. I wonder, because he is only being loandc, that JM still has hopes for him.
