How many more losses till Ed and the Glazers actually do something. It’s clear Ole is out of his depth, we have just been totally destroyed by Liverpool and city, lucky vs Atlanta.

The tactics are awful, it’s absolutely disgraceful that we play as bad as we do with the players we have at our disposal.

Ole is a legend with this club for being a player. This doesn’t and shouldn’t mean he get free pass as a manager. Lampard was bigger legend for Chelsea then ole to us…… Chelsea had no problems getting rid of him and it hasn’t done nothing to lampards legacy. If ole loves this club as he say he does then he should walk away.

Im still in disbelief that we let Conte get Spurs when there’s limited elite managers on the market.

Absolutely cannot fecking wait for this guy to go, it hasn't just been this season he has made watching football thoroughly miserable for at least a year, but in reality more like two, as it was obvious if he wasn't who he was he would have been out of the door in the utterly dreadful period prior to Bruno joining and saving his job. This club cannot hire another club legend again its completely screwed us, Pochettino was available during that period, Nagellsmann was available, Tuchel was available etc and the club is now in a position where they toss the season away and gamble on someone like Ten Haag or Rodgers because they won't even be available until the end of the season. Well done Glazers and Woodward.

What the United legends don't realize is that the only reason they are legends is because of who their manager was.

29% ball possession, one fecking shot on goal after spending half a billion on players. Ole's at the wheel indeed. I'm done with this idiotic club. Keeping the worst manager in the PL out of some nepotism is fecking crazy. 5-0 against the Scouse, 2-0 against City at home without ever looking like scoring is a simple joke no manager in the history should survive

Fecking Gary Neville saying he needs another few weeks to see an upturn in results. Sacking him tonight is already too late never mind in another few weeks. :wenger:
Perhaps someone should ask him if he would have him managing Salford for 3 years after spending a fortune and getting worse.

Ole deserves more time, Liverpool and City are two of the toughest teams in world football, we must not use Ole as the scapegoat here, the players should be ashamed of themselves.

Wasn't a case of more time with me just for sake of it after Liverpool match. was more didn't think we make the right appointment, and there wasn't the right manager I would like who is currently available.

I thought we could still get decent finish in league as it was, but them players are so bad at the moment especially in defence only thing I can see sorting it is a manager change, be caretaker to summer.

Feel sad about it all, club legend going to get rinsed here while clowns like Maguire etc more likely get a bye ball, and we still stuck with him with next manager.

You got to separate Ole the former player from Ole the current manager.

As a player he was a legend.

As a manager he's clueless and he's one who spent 90m quid to bring the player you're so forcefully complaining about.

First derby I have missed in as long as I can remember and by choice too.
thats What this fecking clown of a manager has drove me to.

I remember when I used to mock Arsenal for getting regularly embarrassed in big games.

Now we're even more pathetic than the most pathetic Arsenal team.

Neville blaming the players, Maguire, AWB getting a lot of the blame, am I high or wasn't it Ole who spent a combined 130 mill on those 2 players. :nervous:

Gary trying to get Micah to call for Ole's head on live TV. Coward.

The lunacy from the Solskjaer zealots which went unchecked on this forum over the past couple of years has been astounding. The poster who tagged was amongst the biggest offenders. Throwing around the ‘plastic’ accusation at every turn like a toddler in pre-school, all the while assuming he was superior to us mere mortals.

I’m absolutely mortified for him and his ilk. Imagine being so out of touch and convincing yourself that the others are the problem! :wenger:
I wonder how the cultists in the safe space thread are taking their guy failing, that their guy is in the mud. Hopefully when the intern is gone they follow him to his next club.

Can someone tell what this even means? What did we start to look like? We have looked shit all season
We looked shit last season too. Luckily we won lots of penalties and scraped results. We also played in front of no fans and put together a solid away record because of this.

Neville having a go at Richards for suggesting another manager could do a better job.

He's a feckin parody at this stage.
Of course nobody could do better better the legendary Molde/Cardiff manager. Neville shouldn't be commented on United. He's compromised.

He really is, when Ole inevitably gets sacked he will still be sitting on his high horse about it.

The Ole cult was by far the worst cult of any manager who has managed us post Fergie. At one point they made this forum unbearable. They'll bully anyone who dares to be negative and surround him with personal insults and attacking every post. I was bullied once by them and several other posters as well.

They ruined this forum for some time, thinking of themselves as the best supporters and the role model for everyone else to follow.

Would Ole have gotten the job in the first place if he was not an ex-player?

Another way to put it is, would other top clubs appoint him in the first place to replace their manager?

It was a bizarre appointment in the first place, and we kind of lucked out in how it initially panned out. It was not due to tactics etc, a lot of it was luck IMHO.

Now the reality is there for all to see. He is nowhere near the quality we need at this level. Nowhere near.

The days of SAF where you man-manage and players churn out 10/10 performances with average tactical input are long gone. The game has moved on and coaching now is super important. The tactical details are now immense. Something Ole has not quite yet grasped, he is still living in SAF times, thinking he can crack it with good man-management only.

Neville mentioning Mourinho, LvG and Van Gaal as if the squads they had were this one.

Kelly put her foot on his neck though and he's scrambling

I know. All the stuff about character etc. I know you had character, but you also had a brilliant manager and great coaches. Without that you would not have won anything. As though tactics and coaching mean nothing, just that they had character.

I think you can have supported Ole for much of his tenure but recognise the tide turned this season and now want him out. People who are against a manager from the start will almost always eventually be proved correct because managers, by nature, tend to have a short half life. That’s just the modern game. I am firmly Ole out at this point and have been for some weeks but it would be folly not to recognise that he turned the club around after the Mourinho debacle. Best consecutive back to back finishes since SAF.

He changed and improved the culture but once that was complete he doesn’t have the nouse to take it further and now he’s just overstaying his welcome and being found out for not having any systems of play.

It’s situational leadership 101.
