I love this bloke. Haven’t been this happy as a United supporter since Fergie left.

How can he possibly do that without being given the job in the first place? People need to stop putting unrealistic expectations on Solskjaer and judging him for things out of his control at the moment. He needs to show what his long term plan / philosophy is.
There are so many examples of interims doing a wonderful job as an interim and then not being able to do it in the long-run.
Saying that, he's doing a great job, and if he does get it, good on him.

I genuinely can’t think of a single manager in world football that would have come in and done as good a job.

What more does Ole or the team have to do for those who voted No to change their vote?Honest question.
If its a false dawn, its the longest false dawn we had in years
PSG, Chelsea do Liverpool I presumeGive him the job now, what are we waiting for?
'Go all out for Poch' crowd will never change their mind. They are in love with an oppo manager and aren't objective.

The question now is when is the best time to announce his long-term contract?
What if Solskjaer turns around after beating PSG and says 'give me a perm contract or I'm off at the end of March'.I'd rather keep him and the team hungry. He's already speaking to the board about the long term vision without a long term contract so they can still track targets.
But even then Poch was always unlikely to come mid December. So as per the original contract until the end of the season how can anyone at this point say he was the wrong man? Would they prefer we kept Mou? Or did they vote and decide to unwatch the thread?
I’m a maybe at the moment. No denying his done absoluty above expectation. Brilliant job so far. However the reason the my uncertainty is I don’t feel comfortable giving him the job without seeing how he handles bad form & results. How does he get the team back on track after defeat? His reaction/decision when Pogba,Martial & Rashford go through bad form.He probably will get the job and it would be deserved but I wouldn’t be confident going into the new season. We really can’t sfford to mess up a 4th appointment.
He won't do that. What if Solskjaer turns around after beating PSG and says 'give me a perm contract or I'm off at the end of March'.
Or someone else jumps in with an offer next month?
What happens then?
