You can't blame him for taking the biggest job in British footy, and you also can't expect him to resign.
He's a Norwegian League manager ffs, who's only other experience of the PL was getting Cardiff relegated - this is, from his point of view, literally a lottery win.
You can't expect the guy who wins the lottery to give his winnings away because he doesn't know how to invest them.
Ole should be replaced, that's my opinion, and increasingly confident that I'm right on that. But Ole the man shouldn't be attacked in this.
The board made the decision, and the board need to fix it.
Ole's a legend as an ex player, and a nothing manager - there's no point in getting emotional about that, and there's no need to criticize Ole the man.
He's a good guy imo. But a crap manager.
