Criteria 4:

A player that has 3000 or more runs and has 50 or more catches.

Note: You will all be picking 1 and blocking 1 every round. Your pick goes through only if no manager has blocked it.

Eg

Manager 1 picks A, blocks E
Manager 2 picks B, blocks C
Manager 3 picks B, blocks D
Manager 4 picks E, blocks F

Manager 1 Gets A.
Rest all fail with player B going into the blocked pool. Player E will again be available for next round in this criteria.

Any doubts?

A player gets added to the blocked list only if 2 or more teams go for him. In case of a fail due to blocking by some other manager, he will be available again for subsequent rounds.
 
Pick change not allowed
As you can imagine, this will be a clusterfeck to keep track of. So, a pick once made is final and cannot be changed. Discuss all you want in the convo, but once you've decided, post a name in bold and that will be your pick.
 
Wait. For for instance, in round 1, 8 players together block player x and no one picks him.. Will he be unblocked for round 2?
 
And in round 2 will the others who already have their pick get to block?

Also, what if there is only 1 player left to draft?

He gets who he wants if he's that lucky.

Note: Illegal picks will not be allowed in round 2 incase someone thinks of breaking the system.

It'll be as it is now.

PASS picks wont be announced.

FAILED ones will be announced with relevant details unless they are already picked players in previous rounds.
