i thought he resigned... damn.
anyways, he's gone, end of.

one down, one to go. go sack yourself John Ferguson.

*watching the Marlies tomorrow @ the Gretzkys :D* <-- not sure if they're showing the Marlies or not...but i'll be there anyways...

It's funny how John Ferguson put all the blame on Pat Quinn, he should resign he hasn't done his job.

I was hoping the Rangers would avoid the Devils in the first round. NJ can be dangerous around playoff time.

Yeah, I am actually quite nervous about the series, I am going to be gutted if New Jersey wins, and current form seems to point exactly to that outcome.

Colorado have no chance of winning the SC anyway...

Not a big chance but I prefer if they win matches instead of losing...

oilers hold out brilliant goal on the break away we're all square in the series 1-1 lets get it on in edmonton.yeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaw

Linfield, Rod Phillips has always been a blast to listen too, but he comes into his own in the play-off's.... I don't wish to upset you, but I saw the game today and we did indeed play well....

I've got the Oilers down to win in 6, but to go out in the next round. I wish I could say that I'm going to see the Oilers lift the cup again, but that is a bit much a bit too soon. We need a few of our prospects to come through. I need to check, but I'm sure that once London finish there season in the OHL, a call up for Robbie Schremp will be made. I think he might just go onto the 4th line ahead of MAP, to add a bit of strength to the PP. Our PP is lacking on the first unit, and a promotion from the 2nd unit is needed, but we've no one to fill in on the 2nd unit.....

fecking Stars...about fecking time they scored some goals. Totally melted down in game 1 and lost a 2-0 lead. Now down 3-0 and have pulled two goals back. Better hold that bottle Stars.

theodore was terrible.

I listened to the radio and stopped listening when Dallas tied the game at 3-3. But we have 2 away wins against the Stars so far so I won't complain.

The Aves will knock the Stars out, I've got that down in my predictions. I don't think the Stars are as strong as people think. I also think that the North West Division seems to be producing the goods so far.

The only thing I think stopping anyone of the NW division will be exhaustion. After such a pulsating fight to the line in terms of qualifying, they may run out of steam a bit early. I've a feeling that the Sharks are going to take the West though, and possibly the cup.

you're more knowledgable about the team than i am by far, i follow them since my mum immigrated to edmonton to join my older brother who lives there.love the team, love the sport.
anyhow what are you expecting in to-nites home game,i think if we can take a 2-1 lead in the series we'll be hard to overhaul.

the Stars' 4th goal was a mistake by theodore IMO.
should've handled the rebound....

Stars have made plenty of mistakes too. Leaving Sakic in front of Turco was a failed defensive assignment. No forward should ever be able to sit in front of a goalie without being harassed and checked. Lots of fluke bounces in the game for both teams.

Losing game 2 after coming from 3-0 down is a huge mental check. I can't see Dallas winning the series now. But as for the nutjob that mentioned the Stars not being strong...get a clue. A club doesn't accumulate 112 points without being a solid team. Especially in the toughest conference and in a division with 2 other playoff teams and one that just missed the playoffs.
