NFL Thread 2019

Definitely can see the Raiders moving on from Carr. They've two first round picks that they could likely package up for an early first rounder, and grab one of the lads coming out this year
Don’t disagree but Cinci and Miami will also be picking a QB in the top 5... Which ones do you have - Burrow, Tua and Herbert?

Your best receiver has been a TE this year, you’d do well to land one of Jeudy, Lamb or Shenault imo.

Catch of the year surely
It was #3 on Plays of the week, behind Washington’s TD catch and some random pick six against Wilson.

Fecking ridiculous. He catches that one-handedly while diving at full speed. If OBJ does that it’s a top 5 play of the year. It was literally an unbelievable catch.

Speaking of OBJ apparently he wants out of Cleveland . Can see him ending up at the Patriots

Oh how far off the mark all the Cleveland hype turned out to be, eh?

I absolutely was one of those killed into it. I never thought they’d be a super bowl contender this year as some were saying, but I expected a comfortable divisional win (although that’s because I did not expect the Ravens to be as good as they’ve become) and solid chance of making waves in the playoffs. At worst, I still had them making the playoffs.

What do we think went wrong?

Freddie Kitchens should not be a head coach.

Can't believe that the Eagles are so bad, we are letting this cowboys team win the division
Can't believe that the Cowboys are so bad, they are letting this Eagles team a chance to win the division.

Whoever wins at Lincoln Financial Field on 22nd wins the division. Though Eagles might screw it up even before that.

Whoever wins the division will still be at home and so you never know in the playoffs. Wildcard bad Eagles team beat the Bears on the road last season

AB with yet another apologetic Instagram post which was most definitely not written by himself. He seems to really wanna come back though. If you give the guy a chance and a competent QB, he probably posts 120/1500/10 next season.

It Garrett keeps his job it’d be baffling
Thing is, who can they get to fill in and do a better job for the rest of the season? They're still smack dab in the middle of the playoff hunt.

Edit: if you meant keep his job this offseason, then yah nothing short of a deep Super Bowl run (maybe even victory) prolly allows him to stay.

They’re one and done anyway, max Divisional Round. Anyone could basically win that division now.

Isn’t that Lincoln fella from College supposed to be good and close to Jerry Jones? And just give it to Moore until the end of the season.

Cowboys defense made Trubisky look like Steve Young of the late 80s (when he was still inconsistent but displayed flashes when given a chance through Montana injury/benching).

Looks like they've quit on Garrett.

Merely existing.

Yeah I meant end of season :)

Some really interesting fixtures with playoff implications tomorrow! Predictions?

Bills v Ravens
Vikings v Lions
Packers v Redskins
Saints v 49ers
Pats v Chiefs
Rams v Seahawks

(I've got a slight NFC bias which might have influenced which games I'm excited about)

I'm going for a couple of upsets - mainly the ones that keep the playoff picture interesting

Looking forward to seeing the Chiefs offense against the Patriots defense today. Pats will win given how dogshit the Chiefs defense has been this season.

Every time they cut to the Bills game, Josh Allen is throwing 10 feet over his receivers.

Great play by the Broncos defense.
