I've never seen him play well, the runners-QB aren't very good in the NFL, are they ?.
They are, they just can't be solely runners. Griffin is not a guy who has the ability to make reads before the snap on an nfl level and so he can't progress through his options quick enough against a pass rush. Briles' system at Baylor is designed for quick reads, similar to Kelly's

I say runners-QB, with "runner" first because while Cam Newton, Russell Wilson or even Rodgers are great runners, they are comfortable in the pocket.
In the pocket RG3 looks like a dear in the headlight, you can see that he is overwhelmed by all the information and movement.

I don't think rgiii would be out of place. He threw for a huge amount of yards at Baylor, he just needs a system designed around him. Gruden has been a disaster

I doubt it but nothing has come out yet. Harbaugh is under contract with the 49ers so the two clubs would need to agree on compensation.
