NFL Thread 2014-2015

Also should have chosen Colts D/ST instead of Broncos. Three stupid decisions is going to give me my first loss of the season.

Rams reverting to type...

Lost count of how many tackles they have missed. That was a great drive for Seattle - picking up 19 yards on a 3rd & 17 was key. But mistake after mistake by the Rams in the 2nd half.

Had they punted it would have given Seattle excellent field position and their offense is clicking - so was actually a smart call!

BS. Seattle definitely had the ball.

Also absolutely feck off St Louis with your black magic wizardry.

Nah there was nothing conclusive from any angle so don't think they would have given Seattle the ball even if they had reviewed it.

Huge loss for Seattle!

Great game between Detroit & NO. Good win for Detroit.

Seattle have been poor the last 3 games, feck you Pete Carroll :D

Watching on Fox Sports and they are really screwing the pooch with their ad breaks.

Returned from a break as the Rams fumbled.

Returned from a break as the Lions were celebrating their TD.

Missed their PAT.

Returned from break to see them shaking hands.

Shocking.

Yeah I'm definitely biased and angry, it just wouldn't drop.

Seattle were just terrible for 90% of the game.

Edit - scratch that, it really does look like Seattle ball..

Giants

That OL man should be fined. Idiot.

Lovely move by Williams to get open for the TD. Good game this.

Pointless timeout from Mr Grumpy. I do t think I've ever seen Coughlin smile...

Flacco & the Ravens have quietly had a good season so far.

Murray's the MVP for me so far. 7 straight games rushing 100 or more yards.

Wow. Rams leading the Hawks 21-3. Good ST play from the Rams. I sorta like the Rams. They are a bunch of youngsters/rookie and they are starting to play every game. Could be an exciting team to watch in the coming years if they get in a couple of solid pieces in during the offseason.

They missed their chance. They had a load of draft picks from the Great Griffin Robbery of 2012 and they haven't taken any steps forward really

They got some great players from that deal. Quinn is awesome, Brockers/Jenkins/Ogeltree/Stacy all start, Robinson was just drafted and Bailey has lots of potential (he scored the punt return today).

Chiefs win, and it's a big win, tough for the Chargers

Their kicker, Santos, he is just a little guy. He looks about as tall as Welker. Would be great if he traveled to games in a baby bjorn, attached to one of his offensive linemen

Another impressive win by the Cowboys.

Can they maintain this through the season, or will they (Romo) implode in November-December like in recent years?

I dont get what the Giants were doing there. Firstly they lost anyway. They were going for it. So why not go big and down the field? Who cares if you get intercepted at that point? If they didnt want to go for it, then take the knee?

Look at their schedule for the next few weeks. It looks like they could go 10-1 or 10-2. The playoffs are a different question. It all depends on if Romo chokes again.
