United have more chance of winning the PL.
Holding penalty ruins the big play.
How many penalties have the Seahawks had? And they've still been utterly dominant.
Seattle's offensive line kills so many good plays with penalties.

I think it's a bit of both, the Broncos offence and defence have both been awful but this Seattle defence is unrelenting.
