While Ponder has been shitty, he did show something the second half vs the Bears (after the terrible, terrible interception). And Cassel, remember this guy took a team with 6 Pro Bowlers in one of the worst divisions in the NFL (apart from the Broncos) and led them to a 4-12 record while tossing twice as many interceptions as touchdowns and being benched for Brady fecking Quinn. I have no faith in him either as a starter. If Ponder continues this inconsistent/shitty play, I think we should definitely look for a replacement in the 2014 draft. But right now, unfortunately, I think he's the best option.
Bring Vince Young in. He can't do any worse than Ponder and company.
