NFL 2024 | Super Bowl LIX

What will there be more of; gratuitous footage of Taylor Swift, or questionable penalties on the eagles?

Don't exactly know why but I kinda want the Chiefs to win.. Maybe it's just that a three-peat for the first time in history is pretty cool, and there's nothing worse than happy Philly fans?

No KC winning again would still be worse IMHO. Plastic fans vs real fans. As much as that makes me want to puke saying something flattering about Philly.

I don't have any particularly strong feelings about either team, but it does just feel like City (KC) vs Liverpool (Philly), doesn't it?

Lets try and make this thread readable today by not spamming it with

"First down"
"Tie game"
"Sack"

over and over again. We are all watching the game already.
You don't just get to come in here after a 6 year sabbatical and tell us how to post.

You better have me on ignore then. I’ll be spamming this thread with that.

Looking forward to a smug Aaron Rodgers saying that he never intented to play for the Jets again anyway.

I feel there's been so much talk of a close game that it will probably be a blowout
If it's a blowout, I see the Eagles winning. The Chiefs haven't won big in a long time. On paper, I actually think the Eagles have a better team, but it's awfully hard to go against Mahomes.

Happy Chiefs fans are happy Maga people.

Jets moving on from Rodgers was pretty obvious tbf. Hard to see anyone wanting a 41-yr old QB who can't move and is a headache on top of that.

The postseason doesn’t generally count towards season total records. If it does according to anyone, he’s already broken it.

Terrell Davis currently holds the regular season and postseason combined rushing record with 2,476 yards, which is the record Saquon Barkley could break tonight. Barkley is on 2,447 yards, so he most likely will.
